This "Disc 2" business is making me consider switching over to RPG Maker XP. We'll see though, I still might be able to fit everything into one "disc."
It seems like half of his comics are designed to give me migraines...

Known as "Legendary" in the OOTS Forums.
Now I will torment the other Legendary forever.

Yeah I was behind the push to get Legendary and Foxhound in cause quite frankly once Concerned ended, all the comics they put up were just painfully generic Penny Arcade clones. Hopefully though, I think if we can get Legendary in for a couple weeks people might warm up to the writing without being turned off by the stick figures.

You do not know shame until you have been beaten in the polls by this comic for Saturday and Sunday. It would drive lesser men than I to madness.

You know, entering a comic like Legendary into a generic poll is always a bad idea. Legendary isn't aimed at the general comic audience--it's aimed at geeks and nerds who play RPG games and have no time on their hands! Learn to market. >_<
Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a date with Counter-Strike: Source.

Ultimately the problem with the roundup is that it creates a situation where you can have more readers by making bad gaming comics, than making good comics, and you get the same thru traffic regardless of whether or not your comic is any good. So basically these guys are rewarded for doing a bad job so as far as I can tell they stop really trying to do a good job. I'm hoping even if they can't win legendary and Foxhound can at least help keep them honest.
As far as the one that is winning this week. He's won the last 4 contest with about the same quality, and it is very easy to cheat those polls. Which tends to make me think....

I've got to be honest -- while I'm quite fond of Legendary (though I never saw the style before it went to stick figures... *hint* *hint*) I thought the comic entered in the poll wasn't the strongest. And I thought foxhound was pretty damn funny -- but in the end I did my civic duty and voted for Legendary.
And while it's poll rankings aren't great (8% as of writing) at least it's beating Dualing Analogs. My faith in humanity is restored to some degree.
