Keeping You In The Loop

So, I'm thinking of setting up some sort of mailing list or something for people to subscribe to so I can let them know when G4G updates without them having to come 'round every day (or even every few days) on their own time, since it only updates once or twice a month. The question is, what's the best way?

The options that I've thought of right off the top of my head:

Yahoo! Group
+: Easy to set up, free.
-: Not everyone has or would be willing to get a Yahoo! account.

Mailing List
+: Anyone could use it from any e-mail account, probably free.
-: Most free mailing list services include ads, and sometimes heaving helping of viruses.

RSS Feed
+: Lots of people use RSS feeds for stuff like this now.
-: I have no idea how to set up an RSS feed, and I don't really know if it's even possible on CG.

Any other suggestions?

So, I took a look, and it turns out that CG already has RSS built in to all the sites. I'm not sure how it works since I've never RSS-ed, but it'd probably be nice if made it known on the front page that it's there and maybe set up an easy way to access it like some sites do.

As soon as I figure out how to do that.
