My comic list is doing pretty poorly: OotS hasn't made me really laugh since Shojo threw the dead guy at Roy, I abandoned DD, Bob&George is about to go bye-bye, and Captain SNES has an erratic update schedule, to say the least.
This mean that my only constants are Legendary, 8-bit Theater, and Starslip Crisis. So please, don't go serious on us, ElfLad. That would be such a pity.
Mookie's political position seems less "liberal" and more an entirely incorrect understanding of Libertarianism mixed with sheer stupidity.
On the other hand, I have enjoyed recent episodes of Order of the Stick quite a bit, while finding Bob and George's ending long overdue. I don't know who or what Captain SNES is, and I suspect I don't want to know.
Edit: At the risk of outing my nerdy, math-y self, I must recommend a comic.

That's odd, I thought that was dumb when Shojo threw the skeleton, and since then I think the strip has really hit its stride.
But making me laugh is 8bit, F@NBOY$, Legendary, and Brinkerhoff job. I don't read OOTS for the sake of laughs. They are just bonuses.
Ugh, Storm of Souls, the arc when Dominic turned into a huge Mary Sue. Of course, that couldn't be epic enough, so the War in Hell had to try to make it look like Dominic isn't that powerful, but he saved the day again.
IMO, OOTS and B&G have been pretty boring recently, but at least 8bit is finally getting the funny back. But yeah, Legendary is one of the few always funny ones that I read, too.

Captain SNES is, quite simply, one of the funniest comics you can find. Its a loose "sequel" to the old Captain N show, so it isn't another video game comic.

I love how true this. You could use it in a motivational speech, even. Believe in yourself! Complain to the right people and you can accomplish anything!
And while I recognize where the incentive comes from, I'm ashamed to admit that I've never seen Monty Python and the Holy Grail and have only seen part of an episode of the flying circus. I'll see them someday, I swear!
That one is pretty much the only "walk into Mordor" joke short of those animated sigs and definitely the only "Soviet [Whatever]" joke I've ever laughed at.
