Use The Word Game

So of late I have noticed only the word association thread has been doing anything so I though "WE NEED A NEW GAME!"
so I went to find one...
this one seemed to hold possibilities of being funny :D

Basically provide a word, then the next person has to use that word in a sentence and give a new word for the next person.

FIRST WORD: Confused
