Gr-greyscale's OK right? I am tired.

Grayscale will be fine, just try to keep the grays you use lighter than 90% and darker than 10%. On many offset presses, the dot patterns in those area are so fine that they can fill in and become muddy or disappear. I'm personally doing line art, however.

And I will be submitting the newsbox to the kinds folks at Keenspot tonight, so if we have any comments, suggestions, objections, please let me know now!

I have one page mostly pencilled. I'm having a hell of time fitting content into page 2 though.

I have my page done and scanned, but I've come to realize that my traditional comic size is a bit too short and wide for the guidelines, so I have to either make a really big title, or come up with two more panels of material.

So the page size is 6.75x10.5, and the image size is 6.25x10? My page is drawn at 10x15 so I'll have to add another.8 or so of an inch to the bottom.

Thanks. That should be posted on the first page so one doesn't have to dig through this thread to find the correct format.

My images are fine in 10x15 then, but I'll extend my image a quarter inch in length.

Mine is finally finished (except for the very first panel, which is only the title anyway; I'll do it tomorrow). However, I'd also looked at the link on page one to see the size, and now the link that Nanda provided a few posts back isn't wanting to work for me, so I'm not quite sure if it's the right size. I did it at 4050x6300 pixels.

Also Cort, I asked Jim while ago if he was still planning on doing a page, and apparently he's not. I don't need his page myself, so if anyone else wants it, it's open. And sorry about that, I know it's kinda short notice for whoever gets it. :-?

I've got like four panels left to ink. I dig the newsbox.

Um, if I may say so, AAAAACK. :ick: I suppose we have another page open. I guess I should have had a few more "relief" artists in the wings. Guys, the deadline is the end of this month. If you don't think you can have a page ready by then, PLEASE let me know now. If any of you are pressed for time, I may be able to extend the deadline a bit for you, but I am trying to get the content for the book in place now.

I have nothing on the burners today and tonight but drawing, so I'll give you an update on where I am and it is and things stand tomorrow morning.

Okay, mine's done, but before I send it I'm gonna have Jim look over it just in case there are any big typos or coloring issues that I may have missed while rechecking it.
