Your... *suddenly realises he has not idea who it is* opponent cant fight you... lung cancer... I'm taking his place. New rules though, we have to wrestle. In mud. You can keep the leather.

Challenge her to a mud match in the wiki for the arenabattle. I'll handle it once it's all over. :P

Round 1 - Series 3: GrabmyGoblin (1/1) vs. Black Sparrow (1/1)

This is a physical on physical battle with neither being weak to the other. An elimination match as well - only one of these well liked entrants will move on to the next round!

1 - Goblin teleports behind Sparrow and stabs her for (2 damage)! Sparrow flicks both of her whips back, cracking them behind her and hitting Goblin for (4 damage)! The battle is on!

2 - Goblin starts to disappear, but Sparrow manages to turn and crack her whips again, hitting for (6 damage)! Goblin drops to the floor of the arena!

3 - Sparrow whips Goblin mercillessly, hitting for another (5 damage)!

4 - Goblin manages to disappear before Sparrows whips can hit again, and reappears above her with a rock. She drops the rock, and hits Sparrow on the head for (2 damage).

5 - Goblin disappears, appears under Sparrow, stabs her in the foot, and vanishes again! (2 damage)

6 - Sparrow casts about, looking for Goblin, who is nowhwere to be found...

7 - Goblin reappears to stab Sparrow, but sparrow hits Goblin with her whips again, lightning fast! (4 damage)

8 - Goblin disappears quickly, and Sparrow looks around, on guard.

9 - Goblin reappears and stabs sparrow in the belly! (2 damage) Sparrow dives back and cracks Goblin with both whips again ( 4 damage). Goblin falls to the ground and does not get back up.

Winner: Sparrow! Black Sparrow glows, is healed, gains a stat point, and will be in the next round.

Loser: Goblin. An Ogre Sargeant Mercenary stomps out to the battlefield, bends down, and gives Goblin a stick wrapped in thread. "Bite down on this..." he says. "It helped every time I was whipped." Goblin bites down, and the injuries vanish! Goblin walks off the field, and is given a coupon for free soda for the rest of the event.

Round 1 - Series 3: Jim "G" North (0/2) vs. Sasjhwa (Audiobabe) (2/0)

"G" is the technical master, and Audiobabe gets her powers from magic. Unfortunately for "G", he is weak to magic. This is not an elimination battle - Audiobabe is already guaranteed a spot in the second round. Jim is merely trying to stop her from advancing with the advantage of another stat point.

1 - The audience rallies for "G" and start chanting his name. Audiobabe focuses that chant into a three hundred decibel wail, and focuses it directly on "G". "G"'s head explodes. (15 damage). He dies.

Winner: Audiobabe! Audiobabe glows, gains a stat point, and leaves with the audience "booing" for such a brief fight.

Loser: "G". An Ogre maid vaccums up "G"'s brain, and shakes it out of the bag, repaired. She then sticks it back in it's skull, and mends the damage to "G" with a thin black thread. G stands up healed, and leaves the battlefield to the chants of "G"! He gets his free soda voucher from the vendor, and is now officially out of the competition.

<strike>(note to netpoet: Yes, this is the shortest fight on record.)</strike> (edited when Tim reminded me that he and Remus had a one-turn fight earlier).

Round 1 - Series 3: Killbert-Robby (1/1) vs. Nanda (1/1)

The final match of Round 1 puts two crowd pleasers together. Killbert with his Colt 45 and lightsaber vs. Nanda with her old school basebal bat and street fighting. Neither is weak to the other, and this is an elimination match, with the winner moving on to round 2.

1 - Killbert immediately draws on Nanda and shoots her in the arm! (10 damage). Nanda twists with the impact and smashes Killbert in the head with her bat! ( 10 damage)

2 - Nanda swings her Bat more like a golf club, uppercutting Killbert for an additional (9 damage!) Killbert fires several shots near Nanda and makes her scoot back, preventing her from further bludgeoning him.

3 - Killbert and Nanda size each other up. Killbert is bloody and missing a couple teeth. Nanda's got a useless arm dangling at her side, and her Louisville Slugger in her other hand. They glare at eachother while the crowd goes wild!

4 - Nanda runs in and hits Killbert in the chest with her bat! (9 damage). Killbert drops his gun, draws his lightsaber, and cuts off Nanda's left leg as she moves by! (11 damage). Nanda falls to the ground, but seem still able to fight, albeit pretty badly wounded.

5 - Nanda drops her bat, grabs her dagger, and jabs it into Killbert's groin, which is now at about face level. (8 damage). Killbert goes down shouting obscenities.

Winner: Nanda! Nanda glows, is healed, gains a stat point, and will be in Round 2.

Loser: Killbert. A fairly attractive Ogress dressed in a skimpy nurse's outfit comes out and rubes salve into Killbert's wounds, making them disappear and offering the entire audience what amounts to free interspecies softcore porn. Shaken, but healthy, a blushing Killbert flees the arena, and is given a coupon for free soda for the rest of the battles. The nurse ogress chases after Killbert to 1940's cartoon chase scene music and the delight of the audience.

Not any shorter than my first fight! And I didn't even have the advantage of a stronger attack!

Round 1 - Series 3 results, and Round 2 matchups.

I will probably go do the "request" matchups before Round 2. And future requested matchups between rounds as well. :)

LOL, you're right.

I'm pulling the comment from that battle. This would be the second battle with a single attack winning.

The spreadsheet doesn't keep track of all the past battles. It just lets me run the battles very efficiently and tracks the actual win/loss results and effects.

Holy schnikes. I actually won and passed on to the next round! That's rather surprising. (Awesome job Ryan, as usual)
