Scalik sure has been annouying me...mainly cause I have no idea what he's doing. Oh, yay, and we all have to save the day with hangovers! Except Emory, since he's not drinking.
I had this other funny thoght too, in the killing off of Queequeg's character. He was going to say: "Well, as I was about to say eight years, ten months, and six days ago--" ...then he gets blown up by a bomb he was holding, and is just a charred skeleton standing there with its finger held up and its mouth open. I post it here since I decided against the idea.
"Remember men, we are fighting for this woman's honor, which is probably more than she ever did!"
"I have no eggs. Perhaps you can direct me to a chicken."
There were a lot of things I was going to do with Rychon. Originally I had a completely different history for her than I do now. Of course, no one really knows Rychon's history. After all, there's nothing important about a street rat, right? The only thing I really guarantee about this character is that she's a con, and you can bet she's been lying plenty.
Scalik's got a good friend in the bartender and isn't quite after money. If the group had anything important to steal, he would have, but in absence of that I think he'll go after something else....
Oh ... this is interesting. Nivali is a protagonist. Looks like Queequeg's journey to retrieve that Lard guy was totally pointless (I was hoping someone would pick up on it).

Sorry! I was recording and then went out of state for a few days. February's a crazy month but I think I got the craziest part out of the way. 7 hours on a plane = ew.
I feel kind of weird making all of these NPCs but it's usually partly improvised and partly part of a master scheme. Scalik I don't mind at all if someone else makes him do something but I'd kind of like having the Hooded One under my control a while. I promise there's a perfectly rational reason behind that.
The whole sister thing is funny cuz it's sooooo far from what is starting to form in my head. Oooooo hint.
