Does Yiffberg celebrate Halloween?
And if so how does a nudist city/state do costumes?

Heh heh I figure it'd be like a "dress up day" kind of thing! Indeed some of the Yiffburgians wear some clothes accessories (like Dr. Von Donniker's lab coat if I recall correctly!) So maybe they could definitely do rudimentary costumes!

When I think if Halloween in Yiffberg, I envision a lot of people with different types of body paint as opposed to costumes, such as a voluptuous beauty painting pumpkins on her breasts, or someone striping themselves (from head to tail to toes) as a candy cane (yeah, it's Christmasy, but still Halloweeny).
If costumes were worn, they'd probably be more open and revealing, allowing easy yiffing access.

All that has ever been created was done so for a reason, even if that reason is just for it to be.

Halloween in Yiffburg isn't quite as celebrated as it is everywhere else, but
yes, they do get into costuming for the occasion. In addition to the examples
that DMajorBoss suggested, there's also a great popularity for the classic
monster types, only in the fur. You may see any number of vampires with
no capes and mummies with not a lot of embalming cloth. Frankenstein's
Monster and his Bride can be spotted all over the place.

Hmm...what about kids in Yiffberg? Despite how long I've been reading the comics, I can't remember if there are kids in the town (I do assume that there are, though). How would they go about the town, and what sort of treats would they give?
But, as you just mentioned, Halloween's not as celebrated there as it is in other places; with this in mind, I assume that there wouldn't have to be many treats given out at this time (well, not of the candied sort, anyway...unless someone's feeling creative; ^_^).
