Thugs and Broads
Tom:
At Angel's breezy remark Tom hit a sour note but quickly regained step and upped the tempo in the hopes of making Angel work a little, but she seemed to enjoy the pace he was setting.
Finding it harder to keep up, Tom opt for flair, but she was good and she knew it. They made a grande finish though and Tom gave her a wink before turning back to Kiki.
"Hey, were's the, Don?" He called to the miffed looking mob princess. "You don't think we blew the game again, did we?" He leaned back gracelessly making a few wonky noises on the keys behind him.

Lola
Wincing at the notes battered out of the piano by Tom's elbows, Lola looked around, frowning slightly. The Don was usually prompt as peach, or at least didn't give people the chance to socialise to this extent. A thousand and one reasons for his absence immediately sprang to mind, and Lola found herself eyeing up the exits and the various 'hired help'.

"Oh, not at all, I think we did a fiiiine job out there," Kiki replied, not bothering to hide the sarcasm in her voice. "But if anyone blew it, I think it's our little piano-playing missy over there." Kiki was never fond of many other females in their little 'gang' after growing up as the only girl in The Don's life.
"Oi Mickey. Put Mary down and go dry yourself off, you're soaking the carpet!"

"I apologise most heartily for ruining you plans." She turned and looked inocently at Kiki. "I was only doing what I thought would help." Angel then turned to smile at Tom. "You have some potential at becoming a profesional pianist"

The Don:

A few thugs came down the stair proceeding the Don. His face was as stony as ever as he took in the room. He gave a quick nod to Kiki before begining:

With that said the Don made his way back upstairs but stopped half way.
"All of you will meet at Lola's lounge tomorrow. Get directions from her. I will have a note waiting for you at the 6th booth. Do not be late. I do not like lateness."

Lola
Lola waited for a few moments after the Don had disappeared up the stairs before bringing her eyes up to meet everyone else's. The Don had always intimidated her somewhat, and she had long decided that deference was the best way to go with him.
"Any of you know the backstreets well?" She used the umbrella as a cane, twisting it so that the rip, which wasn't very visible when it was closed, was facing towards the wall.

"D'you know the bar called 'The Rouge Harlot'? The Lounge is one street north from that, and a block or two west." While she didn't have much of a knowhow of the streets, Lola knew well where the nearest places of various ill repute were, and bars were the easiest.

Lola
"I'm pretty sure you'll know it when you see it; take a wild guess at the name. It's the only place of it's kind within a three-block radius, so you shouldn't be too far out." Despite the Don's warning about acting like a family, Lola couldn't bring herself to be overly cooperative, especially after a night like this one had been.
"If someone offered to drive me home instead of having to find a taxi I'd show them, but it looks like the taxi's for me."

"I think I'll walk, it shaint be to hard to find."
Joseph walked out the door and headed straight for the Rogue Harlet hoping to get a nip before going past the lounge to mark its place for tomorrow night.

he tipped his hat. "no ride fer me thanks. good day." "hope this one goes better," he mummbled. he walked out into wat was left of the rain, nothing more than a fine mist now, an disapeared into the greying darkness. he would have no trouble finding the place as he already knew it. as an assasin, he made it a point to know where each of his asociats lived an worked. just in case one turned 'unfortunate traitor' to The Don.

"I'll pass too. Some of us do sleep, believe it or not." Being the Don's daughter was such an advantageous thing. She could find out where Lola worked in just a second.
"G'night." Gracefully exiting the room, Kiki headed towards her bedroom upstairs. Too late for a shower now...ugh. Shall definately take one tomorrow morning...

The Kid
The Kid had settled into a large, soft chair while the Don had debriefed the motley crew, but he jolted back into wakefulness when he realized he'd just been spoken to. He might not like to admit it, but it was getting a little late for him. "Er...Yeh! I'll uh, be right in, Boss! I thinks I left m'knife 'n th'car anyways," He answered cheerfully, leaping out of the chair and trotting to Tom's side.

I'm bored.
Lola
"So, we heading out, now that we've got a full ride?" Lola asked, settling against a doorway and shifting her hips so she was more comfortable.
She could feel the knife belts around her thighs start to slip, partially because of teh rain and partially because she hadn't done them up as tightly as she should have. Either way, she didn't particularly want to adjust them in present company, or any company, for that matter.
What she really wanted to do was crash in bed and not have to worry about getting up until the regular customers started coming in after their work shifts.
