Great drawing. ^_~
Actually, he's a combination of Roman, Egyptian and European sources, and he's a revised version of an older character

In theory, yes, but in practice, I've found that everytime I've tried to start an "Art Thread," it eventually dies. Though I guess I could blame myself for not posting more art to keep it going... :shifty:

A small freaky fire imp-type thing in a dark forest.

An old fashioned, generic character:

Oh, okay.
The triquetra is a three-cornered knot used throughout history to represent the power of three, used by neopagans and even Christians.
As you can see the character, named Son of the Third Eye, has three eyes on his head (The "third eye" on his forehead), as well as three decorative eyes (The forehead, the right knee, and the scepter). He's a character far off in the future of my comic with three aspects, or incarnations, that appear in each of the arcs leading up to the arc with him as a prominent character.

That, and I have a box with it on, and I think it looks nifty.

It's also the symbol of the Triquetra Cats:

Just a point that any symbol you think is cool, already has a.. uh.. er... "cutesy" and "amature" webcomic about it. And, if you're lucky, a cartoon network "badly drawn on purpose" flashtoon.

So then make up your own. It's not imposible and no one can "misuse" it for their purposes.

Almost like your own "mark of authenticity".
