I've been meaning to add that the follow-ups to my favourites (ABH/8:1) are Ugly Girl, Modern Love and Out There (which I only newly read <3).

Yeah, Out There is fairly new but it looks good so far.

Ironically, almost all my favourite comics are black and white. Which makes me think I might be doing something wrong...

Hmm... There are really too many to choose from, and I wouldn't want to play favourites with people whose brains I want to eat. ;)

That being said, Reckless Youth, The End of Things, and Angry D. Monkey are up at the top. There are a bunch of others I'd like to mention, but I've fallen behind in their archives...

Naaahhh. Your color work is beautiful. You'd be crazy to abandon it.

For me, the decision to go with black and white was mostly so I'd be able to crank out a comic a day and still have a life. Coloring my strips would take hours, and I don't have enough of those.

But for those who only update about once a week or (less) I think color is the way to go, assuming they do good work in color.

Well, Goblins has already been mentioned, so... I like the black-and-white work in The Hellbënders, but the coloration in Mindmistress sometimes makes me wonder why I became more drawn to black-and-white. :) (It is indeed hard to pick "favorites" when there are thousands of comics yet to be viewed.)

In order to clearly see what is in the shadows, you must first enter them.

I'm going with Shonen-Ai Kudasai, because I can't think of a time I've ever gone there without at least having to grin. :D

Runner-up: Pocket Kitten. I've been a fan since IftP was just a baby webcomic.

Hands down, Tales of the Questor, if we're going by comicgenesis comics...

Ooh, tough. I have ones I think are best and ones I like the most.

Those unSpotted, Oops, Nevermind! and Parallel Dementia are my picks.

I can't believe no one has said Tales of the Traveling Gnome. Great artwork.

Tales of Pylea and Goblins have been mentioned but are worth mentioning again.

(blink) I didn't expect my comic to come up in this thread at all. I'm flattered.

Uh, all my CG favorites have already been mentioned -- Mindmistress, Anywhere but Here, Parallel Dementia. Except for two, I think. I loved Scarecrow, and I wish you'd do more with it, Corgan. :)

As for the other, I'm assuming that everyone just forgot about Fallen Angels, Used Books. I mean, that man puts us all to shame. :)

Wow, it's interesting to see the range of comics being mentioned here with nothing really dominating...

Anyways [thinks] uhhhh...I like Station V3 (and it's various spin-offs), The End of Things, FAUB, Ugly Girl, I like all Sortelli's stuff (although I suppose none of it is actually on Comicgen anymore).

I'm sure I missed a ton of stuff, but those are the ones that sprung to mind.

I don't think anyone has mentioned Mixed Myth either.

It's in my own personal top ten for CG, and it's got a real ending to boot. (Big plus in my book!)
