I can sculpt miniatures on a 30 mm scale!
I can perfectly mimic the predator noise!
I can also mimic the dilophosaurs from Jurassic Park.
I can somehow manage to get a 4.0 in the first year of grad school.
I used to be really good at origami, but I'm not really anymore.
I can navigate unfamiliar software through sheer deduction and guesswork and do well!
I've studied 4 languages other than English, and two of the four are dead!

I'm jealous!Snackbot wrote:-OH! AND I can drive stick!

Things That I Can Do:
1) I can snap my fingers pretty speedily and quickly--at least, I like to think I do. I practice when I'm excited or nervous.
2) I can whistle pretty good--at least, I like to think I do. I whistle instead of bringing an mp3 player with me. (Sadly, though, I don't have a very good memory for songs, so I've had like <10 songs on my "playlist."

3) I can plunge toilets like crazy. Learned that skill on the job.
4) I can make beds now. Not too unusual, but I'm proud because it took me 19 years to finally get around to learning it. Also learned that skill on the job.
(Maybe this shitty job was good for something?)
5) I'm developing my ability to give lip. I mean, I've always done it to my parents (poor them), but now I can sass my coworkers too at a level that's satisfying yet doesn't get me in trouble. I've a (very long) ways to go, but I feel I can be a decent smartass if the situation calls for it.
6) I can play bass, like Dave. I'm merely okay at it, though.
7) I have decent spelling and grammar. Not perfect, but servicable. People can at least understand me...or if they can't it's because I'm bad at describing ideas.
8) I'm good at school...at least, so far. Pulled a four-point my first year of college. (Yay me?) It wasn't very hard, either, so I'm kinda worried that things are going to get real scary real fast.
9) I'm good at putting myself down!

(Shut up, me.)
Also, I've never been drunk, and have never tried drugs or tobacco.

Let's see,
* I'm studying math, hence I'm good at it.
* I can program well and have made quite a few small games.
* Speaking of which, I am generally good at video games.
* I'm a pessimist who actually is quite happy.
* I have an uncanny ability to not do work when I really should be... like right now.

Hmmm. Most of my skills are related to graphic design, which is so closely related to comics that they sit right next to each other in the library. I can wiggle my ears, though, both the right and left independently. I'm also quite a proficient player at Clue, which is why nobody ever wants to play it with me. ;_;

I'm a pretty good cook. I take special pride in cooking improv...
I believe (truly) that I am by and far the world's greatest Low G Man player in the history of history. (under appreciated NES game that most people didn't like because it was 'hard')
I can make a girl be my friend without her ever becomming a girlfriend like no one's buisness (a fact I hate)
I play bass, not great but good enough.

I can sleep anywhere also. Except on a Southwest Airline plane. Those seats are impossible to fall asleep in.
And I'd say I was good at video games, but really there are people much better than me.
Though I have to say if there was one aspect that few people can match me at, it's button mashing. I can repeatedly hit a button so fast that no one I've ever met has ever been able to do it faster.
Comes in handy for mini games. (I got past all three torture scenes in MGS without losing any life, and for those who have played GTA: SA, on the tredmill, I can keep up a steady pace at level 8. However 9 and 10 will eventually wear me out.).

*I am pretty good at guitar (not "guitar solo" good, but "can learn to play most songs" good)
*I can play the drums semi well. (also I'm a professional desk drummer)
*I can sing alright
*I'm pretty good at basketball and can grab the rim and almost dunk (not bad for a short white boy)
*I can belch extremely loud
*I can do voice impersonations pretty well (got the Spongebob laugh down perfectly)
*I can do a frontflip (though nothing else, as I'm not as fearless as I used to be)
*I can procrastinate like nobody's business.
*I can do the wave with my eyebrows.
Um.... that's it, I guess.

I have something of an eidetic memory - I can recall passages of sound with great accuracy. I can't consciously pick what to record in the same way that some people can, so I don't get as much use out of it as some people do. Actually, mine is mostly used on music - I can recall my entire playlist basically from memory, and when I used to play them alphabetically, I could even remember the order in which they went in. I also can use this ability to record TV shows. I've used this to record the whole of Undergrads, Blackadder, a lot of the Simpsons, and various bits of everything else I've ever watched.
I can also whistle quite well, I actually practice a lot without noticing it. Most of what I whistle is video game music, which I'm pretty good at as well. These aren't especially remarkable abilities, though.

Well known fact. There are few accessories that make a woman more attractive than a bass guitar.Komiyan wrote:Bass, but I can't make up tabs myself. If you give me a tab and tell me the rhythm, I'm set.

And the fact that all four of us play has nothing to do with it. Nope. Nothing at all.
