My friend had to call tech support to find the proper way to make the computer understand that, yes he had uninstalled a program, and no, he did not want to reinstall it so quit asking. After being put on hold for about 20 minutes his call was received by an employee who’s bitterness could not be hidden in his required friendly banter. The way he asked How He Could Be of Service made us think that his bosses car tires would not be in this mortal world for long…

I just got a cartoon e-mailed to me recently that has your average cube-farm-and-headset prisoner saying 'No, I'm not angry at you, sir. I'm angry at the random act of fate that directed your call to my extension.'
