But WHERE in California? We have such a big state even if you don't count anything north of San Francisco (who does?).

I'm about two hours from Los Angeles and five or six from San Francisco. I have no dedicated form of transportation.

i don't like em. they've raised my tuition, my energy bills, they've kicked out family farmers to build summer homes (which burn down in the summer during fire season because they have no clue how to landscape), and don't use turn signals, and they can't turn into the proper lane!

I was considering holding the get together during the Nisei week festival in little tokyo, but that isn't happening until august. I'm up for any date really. Getting downtown is really easy for me (going to drive soon, plus the gold line makes it easier.)

I'm in SoCal, namely San Diego, and can make it as far north as Los Angeles if need be (or maybe further north with good timing/train schedule).

Mid/late may might work for me. I have finals up until the 17th. Next I have Reserve drill the 19th-21st. Then I need to go home and buy a car with my folks. Then I need to be back for summer school by the 24th. Once summer school starts my weekends will be far more open because I'll have a LOT less stuff to take care of.
