Yeah, I'll adjust my rating and see if that helps. And I started the strip when I was 14, so the early stuff is teenage humor anyway. I rated it a little higher because my latter stuff (including a great deal that I haven't uploaded yet) are a little more adult natured (mostly humor). I guess Web-14 would be ok. I'll see if that helps. I don't think any sexual ads are showing up on Towner so far, so it's probably the rating thing. I'll try that. But if any sexual comics are rated web-14, then it may not work. I'll see. Thanks!

The problem is, some people don't rate their own comic correctly sometimes, so there always that added risk.

ChrisChrusherComix, sorry about your readers complaining to you about my comic! I don't think I should bump up my rating just because there are gay guys in an otherwise clean comic, though. I guess people aren't as accepting of homosexual themes as I previously thought, so I'll put up a warning about the mens touching mens. Thanks mods for being understanding!

Umm..I have a complaint. A lot of times, when I have questions, people keep referring me to the same tutorial. Most the time it's not even related to the question I ask. I understand that there are people who post questions without first reading the tutorials, so a lot of times the reference is a good one, but my complaint is that the tutorials are not... encompassing enough. I understand HTML, but I have no idea about FTP, and the fact there's a selection of 1800 FTP programs to chose from doesn't help when I need answers. It doesn't help that I keept getting referred to a tutorial that doesn't offer any help on FTP besides explaining that you need one to work with comicgenesis.

So...I guess that's two complaints. Please stop throwing the tutorial links at me (been there sooooo many times), and please make the tutorials larger or make more tutorials to cover more of the FTP program. Yup. That's it.

Leper Doctor: If you are having problems with your FTP program, we can't help you. The developer of your FTP program has to help you. If you don't have an FTP program, then that is a problem right there.. get one, or else use the basic template.

If your are being referred to the tutorial, that means that the person helping you does NOT believe it's your FTP program, but something you are doing wrong that the tutorial covers.

Coming in here to complain about the VOLUNTEERS who are taking the time to help you, without giving any examples that you were not helped, is not the way to clarify the problem.

Here is a list of your posts in the Help Forum. I couldn't find a question that was not answered, and only one portion of which had anything to do with FTP.

Wow. Okay, wow. I didn't realize how aggressive I sounded until I re-read my post, and I just wanted to say, wow. I'm really, truly sorry about the way that came out.

Swikan, you stayed up really late into the night helping me out with one of my FTP problems a while back, and I was very happy about that. The last thing I'm going to do is turn around and whine that people like yourself aren't helping. That is NOT what I mean to say.

What I did mean to complain about was the tutorials themselves- a lot of the questions people have I couldn't find in the tutorials, and I wanted someone to either make more of them or make them larger. I'm afraid I can't get your link to work, but if you're referring me to the Help Center, I've looked there several times. With over 300 pages of help inquiries, I have a hard time finding much of anything.

Risky, I skimmed the last page or so of this topic, and people were complaining about the rating on a comic featuring gay people. I wasn't exactly sure how that was related to comic pitching either, so I assumed this topic was more for general complaints than for comic pitching. If that was just something that went off-topic, then I have another apology to make.
