Problem creating banners

Whenever I try to create a banner, I just get a message saying "Doesn't exist on Keenspace_Butch, located on Keenspace_Butch instead?"

Anyone know what this means? Or where I can find out?

I actually have no idea what that message means, but I got it too the first time I attempted to upload a banner to the Guide. I think it's supposed to be Zen or something.

The banner is uploaded to your /images folder right? Did you remember to use the unix path and not the url? (e.g. /public_html/images/banner.jpg)

Yup, I got it using the unix path. Bizarre!

I'm trying to upload a newsbox banner rather than a forum banner. Could this have something to do with it?

It sounds like you're using the old siteadmin. Try logging into the new one.

Oh! In that case, it sounds like you're using the wrong siteadmin anyway.

Yes, please don't use the old banner system anymore, I've removed it from all the sub systems, so you are only wasting your time with the old one.
