Failing that, some other type of virally induced and highly infectous disease.
Why?
Well, thing is I hardly ever get sick (and when I do get sick it doesn't last long, doesn't hit me very hard and pretty much only makes me feel bad about missing school because I don't want to infect more people than I have to).
Dying by disease would be ironic, thus that's the most likely way I'll go.
Of course, this assumes the ice doesn't get me first (and by get me I mean trip me or fall on me).

Or around 60 when I start getting old person old, just go and eat a bunch of greasy food and have a heart attack while spontaneously combusting in my sleep.

Exactly! I'll travel to 15 years after I'm dead and skip the whole death process. When I arrive I'll have been dead so long that it really doesn't matter how I died.
There is still no proof that it is transmissible between human beings, and remember that every now and then viruses mutate.
It is quite common to find a more pernicious variant of a virus from time to time; you will want to worry when a well known and dangerous virus is transmitted from a population with a certain degreee ofi immunity to another completely devoid of it.
Just to make an example, do you fancy a colorful, warm blanket, my Indian friend?
I know that within my lifetime there is a huge statistical liklyhood of there being at least one influenza pandemic.
As for other, as of yet undiscovered virii, I do not worry. Our global society means that if there was a virus to which some lacked immunity and others didn't, those who lacked immunity would have noticed.
As for other, mutating virii, I am a bit more worried. But influensa mutates at least anually and spreads globally. Multi-resistant TBC or other superbugs don't spread that fast, yet.
As for other, super bugs... Ebola kills to fast to spread wide. HIV/Aids kills to slow (if I ever got infected I'd start doing suicidal activities, such as extreme sports, long before it starts debilitating me). Small pox is dead, and if it got rereleased it'd kill me, end of story...
Honestly, sickness scares me, but it's not the big, unusual stuff that I think is going to kill me.

I have to admit that I want to laugh every time I see headlines that hysterically proclaim something like "160 Confirmed Dead in Asia of Avian Flu." It's a big continent and half of the people on the planet live there. My dorm holds more people than have died from this. Although I did see an article speculating on how the virus could mutate if it infected someone with HIV. They thought it might become possible for it to transfer from human to human.
Still not very worried though.
In other news, there has been a recent outbreak of polio in central Minnesota...
My great-grandad died of some strain of avian flu. He was a great philanthropist. From his example I have learnt never to be a great philathropist, because sick people who have sick birds will kill you.
