I'll post something that Thomas will be happy about: My mom used to have a mail-order business, so she's good at wrapping stuff so that it'll get places okay...and guess what I gave her today to mail for me!

And the stuff that I'm happy about: I got all my basic Christmas shopping done. Now I just have to get to work on the hard part...the actual MAKING of the gifts! (Which should be fun, as long as I feel up to it).

I got lotsa candy, and some stuff for sandwiches!

It's supposed to snow 1-3 inches tonight (which I'm also scared about, because of the whole 'driving' thing, but oh well...I don't have to work tomorrow anyway!)

It's finally snowing, and it looks like it's finally starting to stick...but the roads are still wet from the rain, and I'm worried about it getting icy...Jim just took off with the car, and to be truthful I really don't trust his judgement on driving in bad weather. Hmm...that just kinda blended from something to post in this thread to something I should've posted in the UNhappy thread. Eh, oh well.

Mine always took (or felt like they took) forEVER to get rid of back when I was in high school, and for a few years after. And they were the really bad 'lay down and want to die' kind. They haven't been as bad the last couple years, though.
