POLL: Possible schedule change!

A place for the fans and creators of Geek Blather to talk about what's going on, and to ask and answer questions.

I'm thinking about revising the update schedule, to include three, full color, storyline strips a week, updated on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, pick which option you guys like the best.

POLL: Possible schedule change!

Postby Geekblather on Sat May 12, 2007 9:16 pm

This is something I've been thinking about for a while. Lately I really want to draw all storyline, and let the story unfold +1 day a week faster, because there's things I'm super excited to draw. I may also be joining a "teen comic" collective, and a new schedule might fit in a little better there.

Woot first to reply!

KK- umm I vote...

Bonuses for nerds who visit the forums! :-)

But, other than that, regular schedule which doesn't destro Geekers private life--a consistent once a week strip in color would be best-cuz you color so good.

Also, a storyline that rwchs and fits about 120 pages, so you can publish it for peeps to read...

Woot-what forum is this???

Neat new comic forum-Yay!

Have a nice night!

Boo change.
If ya gotta change, I like the idea of your scheduled updates on Tue/Thur/Sat. Goodness knows there are plenty of Mon/Wed/Fri comics out there already.
But still. I like the randomness that is Geekblather. It just works for me as it currently is.

I say what ever works for you. There is a fine line between fun and work when it comes to something done in your free time. To much of a good thing only leads to tummy aches.

Toss an RSS feed on the site and then youll never need to worry about people missin an update.

Well, I like story lines...

But do whatever makes the artist/writer happy. If the comic maker is happy, then the readers get regular updates and everybody is happy, no? :D

Very true. I'm just curious about people's opinions. I'll do whatever I darn well please anyway- but, it's good to know. There's definitely times in the past when I've wanted to run storyline 3 days a week, but didn't because of the schedule.

Work always rears its ugly head for me, and then theres that pesky thing called a demo reel that nags me to improve it. Never enough time to de everything I need to.
