Well this is something I did not know as probably other people but apparently, Superman's power is infinite BUT he chooses to keep his powers under infinite by imposing mental blocks on himself!
That means that even though Superman can break the world in one punch, he can manipulate himself into weakening the punch so much that it can only break a twig at best!
