I like Rifts. I like the idea of being to run just about any kind of crazy game I want if I put the effort into it, even though most games are all about combat and the quest for bigger guns. I figured it's be obvious since I was actually willing to run a game on here.
I don't get to play much but it's my home system and setting as far as most of my early gaming.
I have too much respect for Palladium to convert their stuff to a "better system" as some people say I should.
Does it feel wrong to anyone else to adapt a whole setting to a different game system?

Less setting, more of a theme.
Dark, realistic and brutal with slim chance of survival.

Werewolf: the Apocalypse followed closely by Rifts and Champions.
I like everything about Werewolf, the wonderous variety or Rifts, and Champions...well...it's a game devoted to playing Super Heroes...what's not to like?

My favorite setting is a homebrew and a little arrogant so I apoligize if it seems narcisstic...
The Adventures of Pedro Steckecilo: Post Apocalyptic Steam Punk Western with Gangsters! Also Explosions.
Hollow Earth Expedition: Nazi's, Dinosaurs, Atlantians, Giant Drilling Machines and Horrendously bad geology, oh my!
Starwars SAGA Edition: Easy to Learn, Fun To Play, Jedi, Sith and X-wings! What more could you want?
... all the people here who like Rifts makes me feel bad about getting rid of all my old books.

OOH! Speaking of Rifts fans! I got to shake Kevin Siembieda's hand at GenCon! I thanked him for keeping the company alive on behalf of all us here at the Weregeek forums.

Current World of Darkness setting; Personal Horror trumps Gothic Horror, and the lack of rampant Misanthropy is a major plus.
Within that setting, Promethean: the Created. I really dig the themes of Alchemy and personal exploration of what it means to be truly human.
Changeling: the Lost is right up there too, for similar reasons.
