Rex thinks back to his brush with the suspect earlier. He had an oversized duster like the ones that Bandito Arms made, but it was ragged and smelly, so Rex knew it couldn't have been actual Black Market wear. Thinking back, he remembered the mental training he was given as a pup. The CS Psi-Stalker in charge of his litter had run them through flash card drills with a drawings of weapons, d-Bees, and armor types. He was sure this armor was on one of those flash cards.
Everyone watches the dogboy go silent, screw his eyes up to one side in concentation, then mouth a series of words to himself. If Morgan didn't know better he'd say the dogboy was casting a spell. Suddenly Rex smacks his forehead "Three and then one, it's from Northern Gun!" Rex turns and begins to describe the light grey Northern Gun body armor the perp was wearing under his dark brown duster and backpack.
