I'm going over my sheet right now. There may be a couple bits that weren't leveled up.
OK, so I didn't level up at all it seems. I'll update the sheet.

Well, as I said, you now add your strength score to get your HP instead of your strength mod. So your HP are low.

My strength mod and my con mod are the same number. I haven't uploaded the level 2 character sheet yet. I accidentally left the file at home last night.

Cleric: Hit Points at 1st Level: 12 + Constitution score.
Hit Points per Level Gained: 5

12 + 16 + 5 = 33.

The GM should not have to tell you to make your character more powerful. :)

(Sorry if I seem rude or abrupt. I actually got thrown off of a game forum for rude explainations. Took me a while to understand, because I was just posting answers to questions. But my method of posting answers is apparently painfully blunt.)
