Heartened by the song of the bard, Rowan continues his delaying tactic on his two opponents. "You bony bastards don't stand a chance against us! HAHA!"

((Continuing to fight defensively, not letting either of these two past me. +1 to hit, +2 to AC, +3 to damage. Given the chance I'll take an attack of opportunity on the skeleton if it attacks Aeron and provokes one.))

While continuing to sing his inspiring epic, Aeron slides along behind Rowan to stand near the corner and in range of his bony adversary. Tightening his grip on Squish, the cadence of his song increases with the force of his swing.

Aeron attacks Skeleton in front of Rowan (on the side away from the other skeleton, so as to avoid two of them and not step on Rowan's defensive fighting toes)
Light Mace to skeleton: 1d20, 1d6 (-1 for str, +1 for song on both counts.)

As hes holding the table, an Idea forms somewhere in the depths of Jakob "Nightbreeze"'s mind.
He quickly picks up the table, (Simply dropping the table leg as part of the action), holds it vertically, perpendicular to the floor, lowers his head and braces his shoulder against the wood.
And charges for the nearest un-engaged skeleton, screaming the word:
"GANGWAY!"
as he does so.

<<Effectivly a bull rush designed to press a foe into the niece, unyielding stone wall behind them, with a big piece of wood between him and any scimitars which might try to cut into soft man-flesh (To deny the attack of oppertunity, as well as spread the pressure over skeleton body. I think my attacks through too much, sorry>>

(( Note to self still -2 HP ))

Terra's face twists a bit to looking between a smirk and not looking pleased as her blow against the skelleton once again did nothing. A soft growl came from her throat as she once again made another blow toward skeleton #6 with her scimitar. She had to admit the challenge was indeed getting interesting but the fact that her weapon was doing almost nothing against the skeleton was starting to get to her. Her ears did hear the songs and ballads from the various other party members which was easing her mood a bit.

(( So melee attack at +5 and dunno which songs help or effect me so please help me with that for other bonuses ^^ ))

"Ha ha! That's what you get for ignoring me!" Korgan spits at the collapsed skeleton. "Who's next?" Korgan looks around and notice the skelaton that's been swinging at him "OH! I thought I felt a breeze! Fan me more before I kill you!" Korgan swings his mace at skeleton #3, taking a 5 ft move to try and give Simon a flanking bonus since he seems to be nearby.

(+3 Str+1 Bard+1 glowy=1d20+5 to hit, 1d8+4 damage)

Simon picks a piece of a rib bone out of his hair from where the skeleton's remains had showered him when Korgan bashed it to bits.

"Ah, the very bone I wanted to pick! Many thanks friend Korgan!"

Looking around, Simon notices that he is currently not being targetted by any of the remaining skeletons, the perfect opportunity to lend his aid to his fellow adventurers. The two closest skeletons are the one attacking Korgan and the one going after the mage, Dareth. While the mage probably needed assistance more desperately, Korgan had just given Simon a much-needed hand and Simon felt obligated to return the favor in whatever small way he was able. Seeing that the skeleton is fixated on Korgan, Simon takes the opportunity to slip around behind it for a flanking manuever. Taking firm hold of his table leg, Simon feels a surge of confidence as the bard's song flows over him. With a brief shout, Simon swings his make-shift club, aiming for the skeleton's legs.

OOC: +2 Flanking bonus, +1 for the bard's song, -4 for the improvised weapon. Almost a wash.

Jakob charges Skeleton #2 with table. Skeleton #2 says opera drove him mad, claims unsanitary defence: (1d20-2=13, 1d8+1=2) Table hits wall; news at 11.

Simon takes a whack at Skeleton #3 that is flanked: (1d20-2=11, 1d6=1) Skeleton #3 is laughing at you.

Ellimist is boxed.

Rowan is distracting Skeletons #6 and #7: (1d20+2=11, 1d6+3=8) But damage is sparse.

Terra attacks Skeleton #7; Skeleton #7 hires lawyer: (1d20+7=21, 1d6+4=8) Unfortunately, this does little. Knuckles and bits and bits and bits...

Elana is in the QIS box.

One-third of the skeletons are now in the QIS box. Since you can't have 3 and 1/3 of a skeleton, that means skeletons #2 to 5 (But not #4, because Dareth is in the QIS box) get to go.

The ranks of the undead are thining. Why, you can see their bones! (#2: 1d20+1=9, 1d6+1=2, #3: 1d20+1=20, 1d6+1=2, #5: 1d20+1=4, 1d6+1=7)Skeleton #2 attacks Dareth; Skeleton #3 attacks Korgan and does 2 damage; Skeleton #5 attacks Rowan.

Aeron maces Skeleton #6: (1d20+1=12, 1d6=5) But the skeleton bobs, weaves and comes up with an apple.

Korgan Smash Skeleton #3: (1d20+5=11, 1d8+4=12) Korgan misses and knocks a chip off the floor!

Rowan bobs and dodges back and forth, weaving a deadly net of steel in front of him as he continues to harry his two opponents.
"Take this! And this! And some of this! You fiends shall never defeat us! Our hearts are pure and our motives good! HAHA!"

((Same as last round Narf! I'll get one of 'em eventually! I say two opponents in case one pops out of the box this round.))

Jakob's hands drop from the large plank and draws his (unloaded) crossbow from his hip, before bouncing off the wall, and transferring into a foward roll -> modified handspring, tumbling to avoid provoking an attack of oppertunity, moving so that he flanks the skeleton with the party's mage, before bashing its skull with the butt of his crossbow

TUMBLE MOD: +8 (+4 ranks, +4 Dex, no Armor check penalty)

Base Attack Bonus + STR MOD: +0 Flanking bonus: +2 Bard Song+1,
improvised weapon: -4, grand totals: -1 to hit

Damage: Medium improvised bludgeond (1d6)

"Ha harrrrr, finally drew blood eh?" Korgan sneers at the skeleton as it prepares to take another swipe at him. His next attack will be a disarm attempt, since he is sure his strength is high enough (and the skeleton won't get the shield's AC bonus right?)

Korgan continues with another 5 foot move, hoping the gnome will do the same to maintain flanking. This should pivot him around so that he actually threatens the space where skeleton 4 was. Sure Korgan is flanked this way but he can provide a flanking bonus to Jakob should the magic user stay "in the box". Korgan will not take this 5 foot step if Jakob's tumble doesn't get him to that space for some reason.

The mace flies through the air and finds nothing there as the skeleton slides stiffly aside. Aeron's song takes on a gutteral tone, growling in frustration at his opponent of bone, and Aeron begins to sing about making apple pie. He lines up, and Squish flies a second time, hopefully a little more accurately.

(Bard song continues, another swing with the light mace!)

Simon growls as his attempt to bash the skeleton with his table leg catches nothing but air.

"Blast it! This thing's not balanced right! What's the point of swinging at it if I can't hit it?"

He tosses aside the table leg and grabs the sap he keeps tucked behind his belt. It was smaller than the table leg and wouldn't give him quite as much reach, but it was a weapon he was familiar with. As skeleton #3 follows Korgan, Simon follows after and takes a whack at it with the sap.

OOC: Is it just me or does Simon blame his weapon every time he misses? XD

Terra smiles when she finally saw the skeleton break into tiny little pieces as a small "heh" came out of her throat. Her eyes scanned the room for her next victim as her face expressed 'who's next'. With her current attacker gone she did what anyone in her position would have done .... go for the next closest thing she could slice into little tiny pieces with her scimitar.

(( So melee attack at +5 and any bonuses from songs if they are still there and if I manage to kill something and there is another skeleton nearby I would like to cleave it ))

I am now using the map to determine where stuff is.

Jakob: Well, the map doesn't show any skeletons you have to tumble to avoid, but: Tumble Check: (1d20+8=22) Judge #1: 8.8! Judge #2: 8.9! Judge #3: 3.4! (Judge #3 is Dr. House)
Improvised crossbow club attack on Skeleton #2: (1d20+0=16, 1d6=5) Skeleton #2 has an undeath-shattering experience.

Simon finds that his sap is too light to do very much against bone, although he does manage to rap out a bit of 'taps'.

Ellimist is still in the QIS box, as is Skeleton #4.

Rowan: (1d20+2=3, 1d6+3=4) Rowan stabbeth the air. Germs die.

Terra attacking Skeleton #6: (1d20+7=27, 1d6+4=6)
Critical and cleave roll for Terra: (1d20+7=14, 1d6+4=8, 1d20+7=25, 1d6+4=5)
Terra manages to chip Skeleton #6's arm.

Elana is in QIS box.

Skeletons #3,5,6: (1d20+1=17, 1d6+1=2, 1d20+1=7, 1d6+1=5, 1d20+1=10, 1d6+1=7)
Skeleton #3 attacks Korgan, Skely #5 attacks Aeron, Skely #6 attacks Terra.

Dareth finds himself with bits of Skeleton #2 in his hair.

Korgan attacking Skeleton #3: (That's +2 Flanking, +1 Glowy, +1 Inspire Courage) (1d20+7=18, 1d8+4=11) Korgan obliterates another skeleton (#3). With no Skeleton #2 to try to flank, that move is aborted.

As Simon slaps the skeleton's bones with his sap, Korgan brings up his buckler to block, but not quite soon enough. The scimitar skids off of the metal and gouges the dwarf's elbow badly. Growling in pain Korgan swings his mace straight through the moldy ribcage of the monster. Korgan turns a bit to see the skeleton behind him collapsing from Jakob's blow and the other three hacking at the last skeletons on their side of the room.

Or were they the last skeletons?

Unsure of what he was seeing Korgan moved cautiously towards what might be the druid and another skeleton. Since he would have to get a better angle to charge his would be foe, he decided to cast Cure Minor Wounds on himself to seal his wounds for now.

Hearing the delightful sounds of shattering bone behind him, Rowan grins and drops his defensive posture, applying his full skill towards trying to destroy his skeletal opponent. He drives forward, his blade slashing and flashing as he attempts to destroy the skeleton threatening Aeron.

((Rowan attacks skeleton #5. Full attack, +4 to hit normally, +1 for Bard's Song, +2 damage normally, +1 damage for Bard's Song. Taking +1 from attack to damage for Power Attack Feat. Totals: +4 to hit, +4 to damage. That should go a ways to bypassing the 5/bashing damage reduction of the skeleton.))

((I'm not sure if I read the map wrong or what. Thanks for pointing that out Tom!))

"Oh, yeah! THAT means I'm a Badass! In your face, Doc House!"
Jakob proclaims to the remants of the skeleton before him, his eyes glanced around the room. There wern't many Undead left that could move, and they were all tangled up in melee. If only he had a sling, he would be a much more useful combatant against the gristle-less foes, all things considered. Jakob dropped to a knee and commenced some oppertunistic looting of the corpse at his feet.

Terra's smile grows as she makes contact yet again with the skeleton and notices that she is not alone in wanting to bringing this particular pile of bones down. She once again goes for a swing with her scimitar against skeleton #6 (unless it is turned into a pile of bones / dust before she gets a chance to do anything then if that is the case move her to the nearest skeleton and have her slash it if at all possible ) Deep down she is enjoying it but unlike most party memeber she does not cheer or celebrate, although she might do that later.

(( Melee attack so +5 plus any bounuses from songs still in effect (if any) ))

There is a slight "boink" as scientic progress in the field of quantum states advances enough to send Ellimist and his wolf screaming out of the void and back into the dungeon.

Shaking his head and looking around, Ellimist notices a wounded Korgan moving toward him. He involuntarily backs away from the foul smell of the dwarf, only to find himself slamming into what feels distinctly like a pile of standing bones.

((Ellimist and Wolf attacking #4, if it has popped back out of the QIS with me. If not, Ellimist moves to Korgan's side to assist him)).
