This also reminds me of Metal gear Solid, in which the guards seemed to have observed via cone. And then you have some stealth games where the guards not only have peripheral vision, but eyes on the back of their head.

This was very good. I really like the fact that this comic has its own identity and style. It took a while to develop, but I think it has really come into its own. To many game-related comics are just 8bit ripoffs. Not this one though, it's an 8bit ripoff with an OOTS attitude! ;)
I kid. But serious props Elfy. You've really created a good thing here. Any vague, undefined plans for a book at some point in time? Perhaps as vague as say, a distant ship's smoke on the horizon? I can tell from the incentives that any bonus strips would be well worth it. I have expendable income!!!!

Uhoh, looks like Carnahan has some toilet paper stuck to his shoe there! How embarassing, because that guard can totally see it.

Lies, slander, and third option. [angry face]

And by slander, I mean libel

Yes, lies, slander, and videotape.

And by "slander," I mean "sex."

Did you do the last panel's text just so you can make a Princess Bride reference in the incentive?

I believe the incentive was more a meta-parody on the fact that whenever anyone says "as you wish", in any context, somebody brings up Princess Bride.

Also, yeah.

Ah, the ol' "look behind you!" gag. Thank goodness you didn't follow the laws of comedic timing, or else [s]Miko would have smote Antonio[/s] this would have been way too predictable.

By the way, good job clearing up Antonio's motivations in canon. You managed to do it without breaking character or the fourth wall at all.

I love comics with Antonio and Lionel talking. I love the dynamic between them.

I suppose it's about time that Antonio points out how, as the First Character, Lionel is most likely to be attracted to Vania.

Because I'm an excellent author. 8-)

And Germ, that's pretty close...

I noticed you changed the archived comic too. Which is good because if the webcomic ever reaches epic level a completely non-canonical comic that seems to build upon a preexisting theme that is later refuted would confuse a lot of new readers.

YOU, Elflad, are evil and disturbing.

But yaknow it is kinda confusing as to why this discussion is occuring in the first place, unless you did it simply because you are evil and disturbing. The smart money is on that.

I am deeply amused.

And I didn't realize (Or I forgot) that Avians were completely covered in feathers. I just thought they had wings.

The remarkable similarity between today's comic and yesterday's incentive just occurred to me.

Any number of jokes could be inserted here.
