Kia is the Grinning Skull

My theory is that the Grinning Skull is the twin "brother" of that woman who keeps twisting Caroline's mind to evil whims. They're both the spawn or the devil and they are both equally evil in different ways. This is the main reason Caroline hasn't been killed by the Grinning skull. His sister called dibs. See, the evil woman (let's call her Lilith) came into the city with the Grinning Skull at the same time. Lilith found them an apartment in the building and on their first night they played a game of cards with a special deck. The deck had a card for each apartment. When their Lemurian Rules Poker game was over the Grinning Skull had all of the cards but one. Caroline's apartment. Lilith had won that card. Thus, the Grinning skull is granted permission to cause havoc and murder among the other people in the building while Lilith uses a more sophisticated kind of evil to ruin Caroline's life. Not that it's personal, Caroline just happened to move in.Well Caroline's cousin had moved out six months before Caroline got there because he caught on to Lilith's scheme. He's on a tour of Central America to find an ancient relic to cleanse the apartment building. Anyway, it was Lilith that contacted Caroline and arranged the apartment with notes and such. Just create the illusion of it being "lived in". BTW- The fridge monster is just there. He has nothing to do with Lilith. After all, Lilith is 1/4 French (on her mother's side). ------------------

I mean....it's obvious! You KNOW she's hiding bodies SOMEWHERE!This is, of course, my NEW theory.
