Well, my process is already 3-4 hours a page since I draw it in the traditional comic style AND I use a brush to ink.
Superior inkwork takes time, and I think if I have to pick between average to lousy inks and color, I'd choose the inks hand down. I was taught afterall by one of the greatest inkers ever, and inkwork is the lifeblood of comics. Too many people forget that. I like coloring, and enjoy the challenge, but time constraints is the reason why.
The issue that was colored was colored by a good friend of mine, who also by the way has her own comic called Blue Skunk.
