I went on and did it, updating the site today with a version of the link exchange thing. I don't have a banner yet for LaW, but I'll get around to grabbing one eventually.

I also took the liberty of unofficially naming it the East Coast Mafia Link Exchange system. I think it means I should go to bed, though...
