Eurekon!
Re: Eurekon!
You know, QB's schtick would make for an interesting crossover with Soul Eater. I should try that in the Otakon LARP sometime.

I realize that's probably Incognito coming out of there, but...
"At last, after 10,000 years I'm free! Now, to conquer Earth!"
"At last, after 10,000 years I'm free! Now, to conquer Earth!"

"I refuse to have a battle of wits against an unarmed opponent."
"Ah, but I am a master of unarmed combat!"

Re: Eurekon!
I almost didn't want to post this, but I suspect that this will be anti-climatic. He's a vampire, and it is daylight. As much as I want to see him make a comeback, I fear that he is going to get a lethal case of sunburn and poetic irony. Also, I asked earlier if this school was from an actual Anime, but I didn't see a response.

(reads latest strip)
I would imagine that, counting how old Incognito is, that sunlight wouldn't be an issue for him. However, if it IS, I have a sinking suspicion that he MIGHT enjoy the sunburn!

I would laugh so hard if that's what happens. I also think that everybody in Doc's audience would too.Starcat5 wrote:I almost didn't want to post this, but I suspect that this will be anti-climatic. Re: Eurekon!
The sad thing about this is I can't tell if it's for real or if Erin's *bleep*ing trolling us.
Re: Eurekon!
As the person who wrote this particular arc, I can definitely say...a bit of both? Heh.Kazokuhouou wrote:The sad thing about this is I can't tell if it's for real or if Erin's *bleep*ing trolling us.
Also, the school is from Marimite.

Noooo! Incognito, you monster!
Gundam Wing has hot guys, kick-ass women and mechs. Hellsing has hot guys, kick-ass women and guns. ^_^ Ah, the joys of anime.

Is he about to be attacked with holy water and rosaries? That or all the witches from that April fools comic are about to attack.

Re: Eurekon!
Here is something out of left field: A shrine priestess archer, and her half demon boy-toy with dog ears and a huge sword?
...no, I haven't seen the final episode, why do you ask?

Let's just say there's a reason that, unless you're a tentacle monster, you never attack an all-girls school in Japan.yamiangie wrote:That or all the witches from that April fools comic are about to attack.

Even attacking some of the co-ed schools is asking for trouble.Xuanwu wrote:Let's just say there's a reason that, unless you're a tentacle monster, you never attack an all-girls school in Japan.yamiangie wrote:That or all the witches from that April fools comic are about to attack.
I mean, imagine if vampires went against Sakura and Syaoran.

From what who was behind Incognito when that challenge came out, I'm hoping it's Ryoko Hakubi from "Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki".

Re: Eurekon!
Well, it's not bursting into flames as suggested above, but I'd say this is just as humiliating an end to our least favorite villain.
Vampires can be exceedingly charming when they need to be. They will joke, cajole and flatter, and just when you think, "vampires aren't so bad," you've got a pair of fangs buried in your neck.
For those who still insist on treating vampirism as a romantic existence, consider the suicide note left behind by Jacob Drexel, member of a prominent Philadelphia family who was transformed in 1937. After Drexel leaped off the City Hall tower one snowy night, a suicide note was found that closed with the following lines: "I have been living in constant torment over the unspeakable acts I have committed, and yet I am powerless to stop committing them. May God forgive me."

HOSH-
Here's who I recognized:
Sakura Kinomoto (her wand, at least)
Mai Tohkita
Nanoha Takamachi
Haruhi Suzumiya
That one chick from Rayearth
Two of the Tokyo Mew Mew chicks
Bubbles, PowerPuff Girls Z incarnation (and next to her is Buttercup's hammer)
Princess Tutu
Anarchy Stocking (or at least her swords)

Muah ha ha! That's what you get!
I can tell Erin enjoyed drawing this as much I liked writing it. She even made it widescreen!

Re: Eurekon!
*Dance!*? I coulda sworn Duck lived somewhere in Europe...
Anyway, it's very nice to see Incognito get totally humiliated. I must admit though that I don't recognize most of the girls there. But... is that Cure White delivering one of those kicks? It's kinda hard to tell from just a foot, but it seems familiar at least.

Re: Eurekon!
Haruhi being present and aware of the supernatural explains a LOT about the Shineverse, actually...
