Or, was the process responsible for creating her intersexuality? We're not told when the process needs to be done. For all we know, you need to be a child for the full effects to grow into the person, and whether there are...developmental side effects.

Vampires can be exceedingly charming when they need to be. They will joke, cajole and flatter, and just when you think, "vampires aren't so bad," you've got a pair of fangs buried in your neck.

For those who still insist on treating vampirism as a romantic existence, consider the suicide note left behind by Jacob Drexel, member of a prominent Philadelphia family who was transformed in 1937. After Drexel leaped off the City Hall tower one snowy night, a suicide note was found that closed with the following lines: "I have been living in constant torment over the unspeakable acts I have committed, and yet I am powerless to stop committing them. May God forgive me."

This would explain why Heinkel survived the Captain's attack on hir. Nice one, Erin.

Chaos Priest wrote:Many intersexed individuals will get surgery at some point to try and at least hide the fact, assuming their parents didn't have it done when they were still young. So, if Heinkel was a guinea pig for creating regenerators, just how young was shi when that went on? And has it impaired hir ability to get that kind of surgery, or did shi just not want to?

Also, if Heinkel was a part of the first generation, uh, how old would that make hir?

This idea is reminding me of Deadpool in that both want a cure of some type, but ended up as lab rats for a secret organization.
Gundam Wing has hot guys, kick-ass women and mechs. Hellsing has hot guys, kick-ass women and guns. ^_^ Ah, the joys of anime.

Nope. Heinkel has 5-Alpha-reductase deficiency (5-ARD), which ze was born with.

(Well, in Shine canon, at least. Hellsing proper doesn't give Heinkel any particular backstory.)

Well, this is a question that has no "Nice" way of putting it. Sadly, I really want to know the answer. Especially after reading that artical on 5-ARD. So here it is.

*Ahem*

Just how "Intersexed" is Heinkel? Could his goodbye "Makeout" session with Yumico have resulted in more than just a fond memory? In short, does he have a wang?

(reads latest strip)

I wouldn't worry too much, Timothy. I believe that the 'test' would be simply touching Anderson's bayonets.

I don't think Heinkel is exaggerating. I think that one the reasons he was chosen for Isacariot was 'sleep exorcising'.

And Timothy now makes his head pull a 360 and starts spewing pea soup.

Time to educate: halter of straw reference?

Thirty pieces of silver, check. But the only other thing I can remember about Judas is he hung himself and a noose made of straw seems impractical for that and for vampire killing.

I think Kazokuhouou is right. Otherwise Integr is grossly out of character. She would never make herself look that out of it.

Hm. Not Integra, capable of perfect disguises, knows Heinkel?

Could be Seras, although a little too soon for that. Or perhaps Marion.
