After my first con, I have decided to regail you with the proceedings...

In song! Search youtube for the Marvel-DC musical for the tune.

The cosplayers were everywhere!
The panels weren't a bust!
The Living Dead on AMC will make back what it cost!
The Maid players were dancing all around the basement stage!
This year Comic Con and the Fest were really all the rage!

I took a lot of pics that I will scan and post in time!
I have a lot of memories that are helping my rhyme!
I got to laugh will Uncle Yo, and I also got to find
Gundam Wing on DVD, it was awesome don't you see!

Now I know what you're thinking! What about all the other stuff that was there? I'm glad you asked!

The Michael Jackson game was great, I danced up there like a fool!
I got to regain my geek pride, the vid's on youtube too!
I got a picture taken
With Teal'c from SG-1,
I tell'ya my first Comic Con was lots and lots of fun!

I found that good fanfic reviews are more than a sentence long
I also learned geek comedy can come off right and wrong
The previews for the latest comics simply were divine!
And I can't believe that was only just half of my good time!

Anime Fest was in a basement, yes it's true!
But I say it did nothing to dampen the mood!
It was oh so awesome! I can't believe it only ended
Just today!

The con is over, yes it's sad,
But I can safely say,
I will never easily forget two awesome days!
And when I go back to school and sit in Anime club
They'll bring up my great geek pride clip and laugh until they drop!

So now we have to wait another twelve months for next year!
But when the next time comes again, I know that we'll all cheer!
So everyone give testament, and let us all hear!
Of the good time that you had!
All the good and all the bad!
Yeah, it's over, and it sad!
But the Comic Con and Fest was really ra-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-aa-a-a-a-a-a-ad!

Comic Con was rad! *Boom!*

Was this too long?
Vampires can be exceedingly charming when they need to be. They will joke, cajole and flatter, and just when you think, "vampires aren't so bad," you've got a pair of fangs buried in your neck.

For those who still insist on treating vampirism as a romantic existence, consider the suicide note left behind by Jacob Drexel, member of a prominent Philadelphia family who was transformed in 1937. After Drexel leaped off the City Hall tower one snowy night, a suicide note was found that closed with the following lines: "I have been living in constant torment over the unspeakable acts I have committed, and yet I am powerless to stop committing them. May God forgive me."
