Integra would be a rather crappy Leader if she actually stayed quietly in bed because she was feeling ill when a great ally of theirs just got their HQ burned down.
What is Walter expecting her to do really? Relax and drink tea*? :eyebrow:

*Ordinary Tea, not Captain Planet's Super Saiyan Tea. CAPSS Tea would likely indicate the polar opposite response... of equal foolishness.

I think I said it before... and I believe this IS the first time! Yumiko attacked the British Library when she found out about Joker's plans to take over the world!

[SPOILER ALERT for anyone who hasn't read the Read or Die Manga and is intending to or wants to]

Hmmm...I was speaking of the Manga, in which the library's set on fire and Donnie Dies, and Yomiko freaks out and breaks down. And since that happened in a flashback several years ago, we can assume it was before Volume One, in which she meets Nenene. And since Yomiko first appeared in Shine WITH Nenene, we can assume that this burning of the library happens AFTER the burning that takes place in the Flashback in Volume 3.

Wait a minute... Yomiko is a bibliophile right? Why did she commit arson against a library (a place with lots and lots of BOOKS! :o I haven't read or watched Read or Die (Never caught my fancy, plus the wikipedia articles are weak), so I'm a little... confused on the entire idea.

Edit: okay... from what I'm gathering from normal wikipedia it was an accident. (I could be wrong, it is wikipedia after all.) :eyebrow: Still confused.
Finally, I remember to do a signature! Oh the wonder! Oh the happiness! ... I don't even have a snappy remark to make.

D: I am in DESPAIR! The lack of a snappy remark for my signature has left me in despair!

Ooh I got it!

You have to watch ROD OVA and TV to get the story on it.

I wonder if England's diplomatic status will be as harmed by this as in the TV? It'll be interesting to see.

Just what the strip needs: more Girlycard. And I think he's just here to pick up Walter to drag him over to the Hellsing mansion to start some real training or whatever.

Does the manga have any connection to what happened? Because if that's the case, Yomiko-chan needs a big hug... (saw the OVA, fell in love, read the manga)

And as for the story.... I'm assuming the next one picks up where this one left off. I hope. :) In the meantime, let's find Yomiko and save her, please.
I got the way and means to New Orleans
I'm goin' down by the river where it's warm and green
I'm gonna have a drink, then walk around
I got a lot to think about
Oh yeah...

To me the middle panel looks like Girlycard is a little girl who wants Walter to come out and play.

I was thinking that exact line for him to deliver.

"Can Walter come out and play?"

I wonder if Girlycard has the "sex beam."

NO!!! DONNIE! Curses!

Yeah, the male papermasters were always my favorite, mostly as there never seemed to be much love for them out in the fandom, also they're way more badass.

:o

I'm not really sure calling Heinkel 'a girl' is quite acurate, if what we saw with Timothy is of any indication.
