Make a Card

Postby Chaos Priest on Mon Apr 30, 2007 9:13 pm

With the discussion of what to name the newest form of Alucard, I decided to go ahead and make this. The object of this thread is simple, think of some new *Card for Alucard to appear as, describe it, and think of a reason for Alucard to appear in that form. Shall we begin?

Kittycard
Similar to the Hellhound form, but a cat instead of a dog.
Alucard might assume this form if Reseda shows up and talks him into having a night out on the town to relax with her. Many cat dating jokes ensue, including the ever classic singing under somebody's window.

Onnacard
Alucard as a woman. This is distinguished from Shoujocard in that while Shoujocard has many feminine traits and such, Onnacard is a woman in the sense that Integra is a woman. Technically, yes they are female, but there is little in what we would likely consider "feminine" behavior or dress.
Alucard will assume this form...
Just as soon as I figure out how to bring a TF gun through the dimensions during a Fangirl storyline. MUH HA HA HA HA HA!

Cardcard
Taking a cue from Dandy, Alucard dresses in a very similar manner. In this form he passes himself of as a card shark.
The reason that Alucard takes this form is that he needs to do an investigation into a gambling ring that deals with human lives. For some inexplicable reason, this requires more than his usual subtlety.

Supercard
In this form Alucard's coat and hat turn gold and his glasses turn blue.
Legends say that Alucard will achieve this form when the number of *Card forms he has taken on goes over 9000.

DID SOMEONE SAY...NINE-THOOOOOOUSAND?!

Heh, sorry. Internet meme got the best of me.

Serascard/Oppaicard

Girlycard + Seras's chest = Pip's mind snapping in two

Intecard

I sometimes wonder if Alucard has ever amused himself by taking a pseudo-form of his master and doing something OOC for Integra.

Leprecard

Alucard went to Ireland once and sucked the blood of someone quite drunk, getting a wee bit tipsy himself. This was the result. Reseda would have thought him cute.

Aliecard

He grows a pair of antennas on his head, finds a random stranger in a field who no one will believe, and makes some random "beep beep" noises at them before disappearing into the shadows.

Tentacard

If he ever meets some Japanese schoolgirls. You know, just in case. >_>

Batcard

Alucard dresses as a certain Dark Knight, then spends the night saying, "Guess who I am." He giggles madly if anyone responds. Usually only happens when he drinks blood that's been left out too long.

Damn you, I was going to use Supercard to describe him flying around in blue tights with red knee-high boots. :x

Chefcard - Classic French chef getup with the large poofy white hat, apron and long coat, alternatively, Alucard wearing a apron that says 'Bite Me'. Given the task to make Ceras drink blood, he has to attempt dozens of recipes to find one that while not ruining any of the vampiric nutritional value of blood, also disguises the taste of it so that his offspring will consume the blood.

Pervicard - Similar to his regular form but his clothes are tighter, and his eyes seem to have the unnatural ability to disrobe any woman or man in the vicinity. Having been stuck on a mission with Capt. Bernadette for too long, Alucard takes a pint of the good captain's blood, after he's had too much to drink prior. When Ceras returns from her patrol she has to fend off not only Pip's advances, but also her master's without violating his wishes.

Otoucard - Babies in both arms, and a stressed out look to his face. Spit up on his shoulder optional. The Hellsing's water supply has been contaminated with a poison that reduces everyone who drinks anything containing water (tea, coffee, etc...) or comes in contact with it (showers, baths, washing hands, etc...) to turn into young children/babies, and he has been ordered by Integra before she was turned to watch over the babies.

Rambo-card - Imagine if you will, a shirtless Alucard (You drool you mop.), with two bandoleers of ammo across his shiny oiled chest walking out of Hellsing Manor, a pair of machine guns blazing, while many more munitions seem to pop up out of nowhere for his use. The reason for this is after having suffered so great an injury last time Integra has initiated new... 'security measures'.

Schoolgirl/boy-card - As mentioned in another thread, Alucard dressed in a school child's uniform. The reason is to annoy/bewilder anyone that happens to be assign as his teacher of the day.

Bondocard, James Bondocard, 007. Wearing a red dinner jacket and weilding dual Walther PPK's, he protects Queen and Country from vampire spies. Why has there never been a Shine-Bond crossover? I could tell you, but then I'd have to kill you.

Robocard - If Godzilla gets a robotic nemesis, so should Alucard. Maybe it should be called Gundamcard?

Darth Akado - The evil sith lord. Brandishing dual lightsabers.

Monopolycard - There's a billion versions of Monopoly, there's a billion versions of Alucard. Coincidence - I think not. Alucard wears a poofy mustache and a top-hat. Woe-betide your token should you land on Boardwalk or the Hellsing Mansion with a hotel. <-- I'm going to go make this now. For the sake of Hellsing, it needs to be done.

-Gremlucard: Alucard as a gremlin.

-Pipcard: Alucard doing a pseudo-form of Pip.
Pip: "Are you trying to upstage me in getting Sera's affection?!?"
Pipcard: "No, it is just to see your reaction."

-Andercard: Alucard doing a pseudo-form of Anderson.
Anderson: "You really have done it now vampire!"

-Waltercard: Alucard as a pseudo-form of Walter.
Walter: "So you want to practice with my wires?"

-Maxwellcard: Alucard doing a pseudo-form of Maxwell.
Integra: (refering to Maxwellcard) "You are giving me more reasons just to be annoyed by you?"
Maxwell: (upon seeing Maxwellcard): "WHAT?!?!"

-Incognitocard: Alucard as a pseudo-form of Incognito.
Everyone: "Okay, now you really are over doing it!"

Maidocard: Girlycard in a maid's outfit. Must I say more?

Rallycard: 2 versions. Vincent- Integra with dark hair, strong affinity for guns
Cheyenne- Integra with pale skin, strong affinity for magic
Maybe make it like Hel from Norse mythology? Half pale, half dark.

Bad descriptions of how the characters I based this on look, but close enough. And we know that old Drac studied magic with the Devil himself up at the Scholomance. This should be used with the schoolboy/-girlcard in some way.

Operacard: His last victim had a bit too much champagne and now Alucard is singing everything from La donna e mobile to In Questa Reggia. Bonus points for Strauss's Die Fledermaus.

Quick correction: to maximize the Engrish, it should be "Meido." Just a small tidbit.

Eh...never did find Engrish all that funny. Anyway, new -cards!

Hellocard: Superdeformed with no mouth. I actually got this name from playing around with one of my other -cards.

Nausicard: Wears blue and runs around with a sword. Talks to animals.

Brunencard: Ridiculous hair, shoots a sort of boomerang on a string from his wrist as his main weapon.

Two reasons. First, I have yet to read a thorough history of Her Majesty's Secret Service, and second, I haven't sorted out the interconnecting histories of Hellsing, the British Library, the British Museum (of which the British Library was a division until about 1974), MI-5, MI-6, the Round Table Convention, and whatever came of the events that in the Whoverse led to Torchwood.

When I've gotten all my ducks in a row with regard to the Shineverse Secret British Organization History, I'll lay it out with a couple of flashback storylines, and see where Bond fits in. (He's one of those characters who don't age; the latest movie took place in 2006, and yet it was about a younger version of Bond than any of those preceding it. In the Shineverse he'll have to have a fixed date of birth.)

I think Hellocard, Nausicaard, and Leprecard are my favorites so far. Well, and Cardcard. It doesn't get much better than Cardcard.

While I'm here, can somebody explain the "IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAAAAND!" reference? I've heard the phrase many times, but I don't actually know where it originated ^_^;

"Nine Thousand" comes from Dragonball Z. It's a line delivered concerning power levels of a character. (Not being a DBZ watcher I cannot give the exact context.) It's a line that can be used in a number of ways, from talking about hits a site has to joking about a character being overpowered ala DBZ.

On Bond: one solution the 1967 Casino Royale movie (the one with Woody Allen and Peter Sellers) used was that the title and identity of "Bond" was actually handed down from agent to agent as a means of confusing the enemy. For example, the original Bond (played by David Niven) was the agent who escorted Mata Hari to her execution during WWI. After he retired, another Bond was created in his place and so on. (An inside joke was that one Bond went on to be a Hollywood star.) While entirely noncanonical, it is a useful explanation of Bond's varying lives. Lump Craig, Connery, Lazenby, and Moore Bond as one, then Dalton's Bond, then Brosnan's Bond.

(Or you could go through the laborious task of only using one Bond, but that's much, much harder.)

I did surmise that much; my brother was a Dragonball fan once upon a time. I was kind of hoping for context ^_^;

The multiple-Bonds is a possibility (and it would explain why his appearance keeps changing).

Context...it comes from an early episode when Vegeta and the bald guy are fighting Goku (or one of his friends). Baldy asked Vegeta to use something to determine Goku's power level and it turns out to be pretty high. And now it's a ridiculously over-repeated internet meme that should never have been funny to begin with.

It does make it difficult to explain his unchanging woman-hating, gambling-addicted, russian-vodka-martini-shaken-not-stirred-drinking personality. There are too many elements that are common to bond, shared accross too many movies to definitively say he's a different person. (The Aston Martin, his marriage, Blowfeld's hate of him, etc.) I've learned to take each of the Bond movies as it's own entity, since several Bond movies violate some other Bond movie's cannon.

The personality similarities can be explained by training. If "Bond" is a persona rather than a real person, acting like him can be learned. Any good spy can learn how to act like another person, after all, even down to trade mark phrases and such.

One reason you have to group Connery, Lazenby, and Moore together is the dead wife: Lazenby Bond gets married and she's killed, Connery Bond hunts Blowfeld down for it, and Moore Bond is seen visiting her grave once, so you can't separate those (I'd use Connery's face to represent that Bond, since he was first). Also, Blowfeld, who'd seen Connery Bond, treated Lazenby Bond and Moore Bond as the same, so they have to be the same person.

Dalton and Brosnan Bond ditched these bits of back story, so they can be made separate characters. Craig Bond can either be seen as pre-Connery Bond or as a new Bond who just earned the title of 007 after Brosnan Bond quit, explaining why Judi Dench is M and why Q is gone. For fun, throwing in David Niven as the "original" Bond of Ian Fleming's books would be a great way to span the decades.

One benefit of having multiple Bonds: it means they could all team up. I imagine the British Library might have a book detailing the past lives of the men who became Bond, the original Bond, and how to becoem a Bond. If that book ended up in the wrong hands, it could jeopardize British security. (Dokusensha and Millennium would both have reason to pursue such a book.)

Internets for you, sir. 8D

Anyway, here's mine:
Breadcard was a typo when I was explaining what [higeakadokosupure] meant to a friend of mine. I tried to type "beardcard", as in Vlad, and then conceived the vampiric toast was.

Troncard was thought up after I watched the movie Tron, and my brother came up with a spoof for a line Integra says in the OVA. It goes: "You cut off his head? Pierced his hard drive? He is unlike any other program you've ever known!". C'8 So, that'd make Integra a user, and Troncard would be the “religious” one.

Since I'm surprised it's not been said yet...

Mariocard - Chubby, stomps on other vampires to kill them, flowers make him shoot fire.

Sonicard - Competely blue, travels faster than anything else. The Evil Dok has released his sinister Millennium-bots on the fair citizens of Londious, turning most citizens into slaves, or worse yet, Millennium-bots. Sonicard, with the help of the twin ponytailed Pip follow Princess Integra's orders as members of the Freedom Fighters in their dire struggle to save Londious.

Sonicard is also addicted to the various sugary drinks sold by a certain fast food company. Fortunately, he can get lots of freebies since he has their...card.

On Bond Topic - Dalton's Bond is also married/widowed - It's a comment/plot motivation in Licenced to Kill. Also Bond's an orphan and went to Oxford. You can make an argument that they are different people, there's just a lot of coincidences to fight against. On the multi-Bond side, Lazenby at the beginning of his movie did say "This never happened to the other fellow". That was a comedic reference to the fact that he was the first Non-Connery to play Bond, but could be taken for cannon.

[/off tpic]

So would Bondocard have M-tegra and Walter "Q" Dollnez?

Did anyone suggest Master Chief Card? On the ring-word Halo, Master Chief Card walks around in a big red armor suit, killing off space ghouls. Poor Hellsing Marines get slaughted by the Iscariot/Covenant. A computer AI, Cortegra, pops up on holo-screens and in Halo-cards suit speakers saying things like "Search and destroy!", or "More Marines made it out of headquarters than I thought". A little glowing blue orb, called Guilty Seras 343, floats arround saying things like "Why does it have to be this way?", "That's a really big gun for fighting the flood!".
