No, but we're still on the current arc.
Maybe Reseda will help Integra and Seras play house now and then as the oft-traveling "sister" or "auntie" figure?

Let's just hope Seras doesn't misinterpret that licking part as an attack.

Forget the books, what about the people inside!
Vampires can be exceedingly charming when they need to be. They will joke, cajole and flatter, and just when you think, "vampires aren't so bad," you've got a pair of fangs buried in your neck.
For those who still insist on treating vampirism as a romantic existence, consider the suicide note left behind by Jacob Drexel, member of a prominent Philadelphia family who was transformed in 1937. After Drexel leaped off the City Hall tower one snowy night, a suicide note was found that closed with the following lines: "I have been living in constant torment over the unspeakable acts I have committed, and yet I am powerless to stop committing them. May God forgive me."

They should be fine if i remember Sara Jane was there.
Re: By The Word
Its hard to feel something with this strip when Annie is sitting in a Peanuts style booth that reads the arms dealer is in. I should not feel happy about people making money off wars when you are trying to parallel actual events.

I'm curious to know who Hobbes is nomming on. It's probably some random ghoul or Millennium flunky, but still... Curious to know.
Also, I now fully expect Calvin to encounter Hellsing when he's older and have him & Hobbes become vampire/monster hunters for the US equivalent of Hellsing.
Erin, I love you for making such epic crossovers.
Gundam Wing has hot guys, kick-ass women and mechs. Hellsing has hot guys, kick-ass women and guns. ^_^ Ah, the joys of anime.

And Calvin gets married to Susie and when he comes home from work she gets on his case about getting blood on his shirt while Hobbes greets their child and aaaaaggghhh my fangirl has gone off the leash.

Plus, one more detail you forgot to mention: the child is Bonnie, from Toy Story 3.

True, true. But then, we know Anne's at least on the side of Hellsing and humanity. Better the money goes to feed the good guys than the possibility it can feed more like Millenium.yamiangie wrote:Its hard to feel something with this strip when Annie is sitting in a Peanuts style booth that reads the arms dealer is in. I always find it funny how Anne's capitalist streak gets amputated whenever Hollywood gets their hands on her. I'm really glad Erin kept true to the original. It makes her one of the most endearing crossover characters brought into the Shineverse. "Everything that's right with America" in a series focusing on the UK.

And so we're all getting close to the end to this long, happy sleigh-ride we all were on.
So are we going to see what happens thirty years in the future?

Re: By The Word
At first Timothy's dialogue confused me, but then I remembered the poor kid is only fluent in Italian & Latin and struggles with English & Japanese.
Y'know, the more I look at him, the more I think Timothy's ancestor should be Milo Thatch, from Disney's EPIC Atlantis: The Lost Empire. They just seem so adorkably similar.
And with Kida as his ancestor, that could explain his darker skin/blond hair combo. Oh man, this sounds like it's a budding WMG.
