Act II of the Nutcracker is going to be a hoot... I can just feel it.

Alucard won't be wearing the tutu if he's the Nutcracker Prince....so that leaves.....Walter is the Sugar Plum Fairy??...I'm going to die if that is so!!

I could guess at Ceras because she's got the legs for it, but at the same time, she's kinda top heavy and might fall over from the weight of her breasts...but she's also not in this time line yet...

So that cancels Rip out as a dancer too. That's a shame. He'd look good in tights.

A young Maxwell would be cute! Terribly, terribly wrong, but cute! So would Catboy Schrodinger. That would be amusing too.

Then again, Erin could also pull a total 180 and take us somewhere else, avoiding the second act all together....(but please, Erin .....Tweak and I are begging for tu tu's!! whimper whimper whimper, whine whine whine....just one tutu.....pleaseeeee.....just one tu tu somewhere.....just a little tu tu action for us....tu tu....tu tu.....tu tu tutut tuu ....).

There are days that daily comics come too slow. AAAAAUUGUGGGHHHH!!!

Oh the number of times I have had to remind myself of that saying, best example watching the Star Wars prequels and stiffling the urge to hunt down George Lucas and throttle him while screaming "WHAT WERE YOU SMOKING?"
Who says only the EVIL female vamps are gorgeous?

Sorry this is way off topic but I thought somebody might be interested and I didn't feel it warrented a new thread, but I stumbled across a site that has free downloads of anime wallpapers with a full page of you guessed it... Hellsing. They appear to be screenshots of one of the series (wheather t.v. or OVA I don't know.). The site is AnimeDesu.net if anyone is interested. Now back to our regularly scheduled thread.

As Sky mentioned, I second the whole tutu motion. Tutus? In Hellsing? OUTRAGEOUS!

Which is pretty much exactly why I want to see it. Although it just dawned on me that Seras won't be in this timeline. Crapola.

Fun fact: My girlfriend does an excellent cosplay of Seras Victoria. I love her for much deeper reasons than just that, of course, but wow- what a perk.

In return, I can do Gourry Gabriev from Slayers pretty well, except I'm 5'6".... When my hair is short I can do Andersong, but again, he's a titan, I'm a midget.

I'm terribly off-topic now. I guess what I'm getting at is: more tutus, and C'thulu for president in 2008.

If you are asking me what I have been smoking..the answer is British comedy.

"Benny Hill", "Monty Python" and "Are you Being Served" (which explains my love of gay men in tu tu's) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-JxUdk7LKg I will never forget Mr. Humphries in a tutu. Classic British gag.

That will require a prescription fist but I'll happily pencil you in for full session right after Alucard's and my avatar's. I'm having them discuss some of their common interests such as being so cool and snazy they can usually get away with being hugely evil and how they maintain their innate evilness while being bound to a goody goody human? Oh almost foregot keep them from bringing up fashion, last time they went on and on for hours over Gothic fashion styles.

BAck on topic now having not seen the Nut Cracker in ages anything past the battle with the Rat King is a complete mystery to me and I'm very eager to see just how bad this gets for Alucard, silly Midian teach you to just dive into someone's subconcious like that.

I say we have a nice tea party...something like Alice in Wonderland's Mad Hatter. Let's dress Alucard up in a bunny suit and put Integra in that God aweful blue dress Alice wears and Alexander can be the Hatter'. Oh wouldn't it be marrr--vell--ouse? we could chat up fashion all day! I want to be the pompus Iris flower. Purple looks so good on me! Who do you want to be?

I recently saw a AMV done with Princess Tutu, mind you I have never seen the series but after watching that I'm half tempted to even if it's not my usual anime fare.

For the tea party I'd toss a coin between Alucard over the Mad Hatter roll, lets be honest neither of them have been dealing from a full deck in who knows how long? Integra could pull off the blue dress if she went back to her original manga (mid backish) curlier hair style and make it look good.

Now if I had to pick one of the Alice characters I'd likely chose one of the playing card guards so I can stand in the background and quietly laugh at the folks at the table. Though this party with the almost certainty of bloodshed to be had my avatar would happily volunteer to go in my place, and she'd fit right in much better then myself and happily partake in the tea, snack then mass carnage.

*Turns around and glares at avatar pestering me over my shoulder* Suigintou for the hudredth time I'm not pushing a Rozen Maiden/Hellsing crossover in the middle of discussing another storyline. Now go have tea with your sisters and behave. I don't care how much you enjoy hearing their cries of agony no blood on the carpet either young lady.

This would go great in the "Ideas for the Future" thread, although crossovers seem to be getting pushed a lot in there.

I wish I had something constructive to say, but I haven't seen The Nutcracker Suite in so long that all I can say is... the snow dancer's job sounds really fun.

But I want to hear the Hatter say this famous poem in regards to Alucard:

Twinkle, twinkle, little bat!
How I wonder what you're at!
Up above the world you fly,
Like a teatray in the sky.
Twinkle, twinkle—

Alucard (upon further thought) would actually make a much better Cheshire Cat:

"But I don't want to go among mad people," Alice remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Cat: "We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "or you wouldn't have come here."
Alice didn't think that proved it at all: however she went on. "And how do you know that you're mad?"
"To begin with," said the Cat, "a dog's not mad. You grant that?"
"I suppose so," said Alice
"Well, then, " the Cat went on, "you see a dog growls when it's angry, and wags its tail when it's pleased. Now I growl when I'm pleased, and wag my tail when I'm angry. Therefore I'm mad."

Image

And let's not forget that when the Cheshire cat disappeared, all was left was his smile, not too much unlike Alucard and his eyes.

I'd love to see someone getting in a fuss over how to chop off his head, I was actually hoping a dream crossover like the current plot line would have been reserved for Alice, it would provide a lot more opportunities for random, nonsenisical things and still wouldn't betray the meaningful. ^_^

Alucard as the Chesire Cat, I should have seen that he does have the fading from sight down and that charming but maniacal grin.
