...I think that translates to "put me down right the [bleep] now, you snake-eyed bastard."
But I could be paraphrasing.

I got the way and means to New Orleans
I'm goin' down by the river where it's warm and green
I'm gonna have a drink, then walk around
I got a lot to think about
Oh yeah...

Re: Good Books
Did... did Integra just consecrate her own saliva and use it as holy water?!
That is so awesome...

Re: Good Books
If that is what happened, that's really mean. Not that Crowley didn't deserve it at the time, he was using her as a hostage after all.
As far as tactics are concerned, I recommend cheating.
Re: Good Books
Is that what she did? I had no idea. You people are smarter than I.
...and that was a very confusing comic for me. : )

Re: Good Books
Consecrating one's saliva is a pretty slick move. Given that Crowley has to use tongs to handle Holy Water (and it's very very deadly to him) - ow!
One question is: does consecration wear off? If not, then when Alucard kissed her back at the dance (and when she kissed him after Pip called her cold) it must've stung quite a bit. Not that he'd mind.

Re: Good Books
Moot point. The blessing in question was on the spit in her mouth at that time. The time between this flashback comic and the "Kisses" you refer to should be enough for the "Holy Saliva" itself to have left her system, blessed or not.Xuanwu wrote:Consecrating one's saliva is a pretty slick move. Re: Good Books
Well I think Hellsing is supposed to be, in part at least, a religious order. Isn't it "In the name of God, impure souls of the living dead shall be cast into eternal damnation" or something like that? Also, wasn't Integra planning on performing a religious service for the Queen before everything went down toward the end of the TV series. That shows that she does have some religious authority.Atticusblackwolf wrote:I thought only clergy could make holy water
Of course, I'm just going off of my faulty memory here. It's been a while since I've watched the TV series.

Hopefully once Crowley sees this is a bigger threat he'll be taking it more seriously.

Finally, I remember to do a signature! Oh the wonder! Oh the happiness! ... I don't even have a snappy remark to make.
I am in DESPAIR! The lack of a snappy remark for my signature has left me in despair!
