Yeah, really. The whole thing is dumb. Hanging a bunch of wierd things on bridges and having them in bus depots in post 9-11 America without clearance from the city is not a good idea. But at the same time these things have been hanging in several cities for about 3 weeks now. Who just noticed it today?
