About the Mac vs. PC ads... They suck. They're just so filled misinformation it hurts. The really need to have a cute girl as the Mac. It'd be more accurate.

I find it funny that Apples are now Intel based, but they still insist that there is a difference. I'll just buy an Lenovo Thinkpad and install Ubuntu Linux or a BSD and get everything I want and more.

I live on a tree.

Actually, I was on a cabin trip this weekend, there were woods all around. I was wearing long sleeves and long pants the whole time, but y'know, they find their way. There are much more ticks this year than usually because our winter was so mild. I blame global warming.

Hm, I should really do something about the little bastard...

Wow, a tick! That's somehow really exciting to me. How does one handle a tick problem? Are they burnt off? Scraped off with a credit card like a bee stinger? Tweezed?

Yeah, ticks are quite common where I live, so I've already had to remove ticks on other occasions. It's worse when you have to do it on yourself though, I think. And it's so gross to have something attacked to your body and sucking your blood, maybe for hours or days.

I accidentally squeezed it a little too hard though and broke it before I pulled it out, so it probably vomited its innards into the bite before I removed it.

Yuck.

I didn't hate The Future Embrace as much as everyone else, but this is definitely easier to get excited about.
