The place where no good punk-asses and aimless hipsters come to discuss a rather lousy comic.

To catch up...

Hobos? :)

About the Mac vs. PC ads... They suck. They're just so filled misinformation it hurts. The really need to have a cute girl as the Mac. It'd be more accurate.

I find it funny that Apples are now Intel based, but they still insist that there is a difference. I'll just buy an Lenovo Thinkpad and install Ubuntu Linux or a BSD and get everything I want and more. XD

Nanda: I wish I could have different colored hair. I work in the corporate world, so I have to stay with my natural color.

Someone who likes to play an air instrument will be next.

[EDIT: I found a blog that has posted the new single off the Smashing Pumpkins new album. (Link)]

Can't say it'll bring em back to the top of the pops, but I like it. Real raw.

No hobos, and it's been a couple months since I've seen rats.

I... I just discovered a tick on my left arm. Sitting there, sucking my blood.

Oh dear. D:

I live on a tree.

Actually, I was on a cabin trip this weekend, there were woods all around. I was wearing long sleeves and long pants the whole time, but y'know, they find their way. There are much more ticks this year than usually because our winter was so mild. I blame global warming.

Hm, I should really do something about the little bastard...

Wow, a tick! That's somehow really exciting to me. How does one handle a tick problem? Are they burnt off? Scraped off with a credit card like a bee stinger? Tweezed?

Someone less interesting in ticks than I am will follow:

This may be useful for removing ticks:

You've likely solved the problem by now, but I figured I'd post it anyway.

Yeah, ticks are quite common where I live, so I've already had to remove ticks on other occasions. It's worse when you have to do it on yourself though, I think. And it's so gross to have something attacked to your body and sucking your blood, maybe for hours or days.

I accidentally squeezed it a little too hard though and broke it before I pulled it out, so it probably vomited its innards into the bite before I removed it.

Yuck.

I didn't hate The Future Embrace as much as everyone else, but this is definitely easier to get excited about.

Thanks, Cookie. You saved me money on lunch. Probably won't be able to eat till Thursday. Glad you got it off though.

I couldn't very well keep the gruesome details to myself, now could I?

Here's to a 0.3 - 1.4 % chance of catching Lyme disease. :D

(That would kinda suck.)

There's a helluva lot of lyme disease around here. My ex-girlfriend contracted it a few years back.

Yigh. I'll take very nearly any disease over one that fucks with my brain.

man this board is slow this week.
I suppose it doesn't help that the comic hasn't updated.
