Welcome to this wonderful world of pure, unadulterated Doom™
This is a forum for the comic 8:1, which is a depressing comic about people that do stuff. Or is it about how they don't do stuff and that's why they have such low opinions of themselves? I don't even know anymore. I imagine it's some sort of cautionary tale. Yeahduff and I will moderate this place with the searing eye of scrutiny, so no funny stuff. Be careful, 'cause my trigger finger is itchy, and it's on the button. The red, shiney, candy-like button.
So yeah, intorduce yourself. Tell us where you're from, why you're here and how do you feel about that egg salad I got from the vending machine at work?

It is here I shall introduce me right?
Well some facts about me.

Age: 21 Aardvark years
Nationality: Somewhere in Norway

Well I have read this comic since it started, and think it is one of the better real life comics out here on the interweb. And now I'll join this forum so that I can study and nderstand the strange two legged creatures called homo-sapien-sapien

Philosophy on 8:1
I've been reading 8:1 for quite a while. I like a lot of the existential stuff the folks go through. I've also been highly inspired by the artwork. My wife and I were working on a comic for a while, and used 8:1 as inspiration to draw a hand with cigarettes in it.
So, there you go.
So, there you go.

Vending machine egg salad killed my father!
Also, HOLY CARP another Norway-resident.
Also... hi.
Someday I should finish that 8:1 carebear guest strip I drew weeks ago. Or... perhaps not.
Edit: And I just noticed that everyone who's posted here so far has a B&W avatar right now. It's like the 8:1 dress code.

Everybody should be working on an 8:1 guest strip. It's the internet equivalent of New Yorkers working on a novel.PeppermintAfterlife wrote:I should finish that 3 page one I'm working on.
