Cool.
I was really unsure about how people would take this (fancy that, me insecure) so it's great to see a positive reception.

I’m guessing you’re a fan of the Hernandez Brothers (Love and Rockets—the comic, not the band); this story seems especially inspired by some of their stuff. Or maybe it’s just a coincidence. Either way, it’s good (I’m not accusing you of ripping them off, it’s just similar stylistically).

Interesting. Never read that book in my life. Though it seems I'll have to now.
Is it a lot of wordless panels, or did you mean thematically?

Nice work.
Although when I saw the thread, I thought it would contain a list of things you plan to do this year. Like regularly updating a comic, or something.

Both, actually. Not all their stuff is wordless panels (most of it is not) and they explore many different themes. It just seemed to me that Things would have fit easily into one of their books.Yeahduff wrote:Is it a lot of wordless panels, or did you mean thematically?
I haven’t seen any of their recent work. I’ve heard L&R is being published again after a long hiatus. I read it back in the 80's, so who knows what it’s like now. The 80’s stuff was fantastic, though; as good as comics get, in my opinion.
