Anyway if you are doing some roleplaying set in the Volet world. Here's some ideas for your characters.

Locals : One of the earth's inhabitant. They are normal humans that can come from the following towns :

Narshe (Miner, soldiers, prisonners)
Figaro castle (Guards, court people)
South Figaro (merchants, townspeople)
Nikeah (Merchants, town folks, dancers)
Doma (Knights, townpeople, noblemen)
Mobliz (town folks, hunters, merchants)
Kohligen (town people, herbalism, merchants, fighters (since the coleseum is just north of the town))
Jidoor (noblemen, merchants, art critics)
Zozo(Thieves, Rogues, Harlots)
Maranda (Townpeople, merchants)
Tzen ( Townpeople, merchants)
Albrook (Townpeople, merchants, dancers, artists)
Thamasa (Country people, blue mages)

You can also be one of the imperials, those are mostly storm troopers, mechanics, machines riders and diplomats (or perhaps even rebel spies).

Of course there is also a third choice... one of the "others". Those who came from the portals. It is to be noted that magic is currently not an option therefor I don't suggest a magic user, but fighting skills are ok.

And a special choice : Intelligent monsters. Just know this, if you enter into a town, you will be shot on sight!

And by the way, your comic is evidently lacking of alien-tentacles monsters, and I, for once, stand my hand in the air to approve myself!

(This last sentence sounds cool and looks great, but in fact, it's telling absolutly nothing..........just like politicians, or some rappers ).

There's LVS 89 for the tentacle thing, alright? We don't need more monsters. We already got three elder Lavos, Onun and Terra, so no more monsters!
