Per comic coookout tradition (at least for the last two years), yours sincerely has done his best to get the cookoutgoers to approach and appreciate the taste of European and especially Scandinavian candy... with lost of different outcomes, by bringing enough candy to fill one huge bowl for everyones entertainment!

Last year the bowl even got some Dutch additions from Reinder!

Anyone who would like to see the bowl introduced thise year again?

You have some of the singularly worst taste in candy that I have ever had the displeasure of eating in my entire life. That look on my face was because I had one of those "Solty" candies in my mouth - imagine eating a licorice flavored salt lick.

Gaaaaah. It was EVIL. and BAD. And not in the good way.

None the less, it was fun to feed to others, so I voted for the candy.

I wouldn't mind trying these candy someday. But at the moment, I can't for I have a contract of work until april 2010 without breaks.

For sheer humour value, I vote for the candy bowl.

Anything that gets left over gets sent to Chris and Teri for not coming.

Oh, and I'm bringing Mentos too... except for the mint ones. Dad left me most of a variety pack.
