Dude, I live just outside of Worcester. It's not going to take me any more than a half-hour to get to anywhere in the city.

I just hope Misty can make it now. She got a new job and its weekend work heavy... approx 12 hour shifts (open to close) for the position. She says she asked her manager for just that day because she wants to have her Birthday party (even though her Bday is on Sunday)...

Meanwhile, I'll be in Rhode Island from 24th till the 27th. Misty will now be working for most of my visit now. Maybe I can get that cheap hotel room again because I don't want to inconvenience her family again.

ALSO: My Playstation 2 in on the fritz, and I don't think we'll be able to get a new one before the party. Is there anyone who'd be willing to bring their game system?

Well, last I'd heard, I'm only sure of you, your girlfriend, Tim, Stinky and me. Mort and Misty aren't sure if they can make it anymore, goblin's pretty sure she's not coming, and I haven't heard from anyone else in a long time. Skunkadoo (Sketchywallflowr) said she'd be joining us at some point, but she might not be able to make the zoo in the morning. So the current list is:

Ok, people, less than a week till the party now. Hm. The extended forcast predicts thunderstorms for Saturday... I'll keep an eye on it, but if things don't change, I'm afraid we're going to have to nix the zoo and any other outdoor activities. Figures... Well, anyway, if that's the case, do we want to get together at little later than 11:00? Like say, noon or 1:00? (The motive is entirely selfish - Stinky and I are not big morning people.)
I also can't find confirmation that Paprika will be playing in our area yet, but it may be too early in the week to tell. Murphy's law in action...

Mel & I are both coming at this point. I almost couldn't because of a rescheduling by my boss... (didn't realize it was a holiday Monday ). I put my foot down about someone's birthday to get it. :-?

We won't be able to see Paprika. After checking the official English site... it only playing in NYC & LA.

Bummer. :cry:
