COOKOUT WEBSITE UPDATED
We now have 20 people registered for the event, 15 of which are 100% confirmed to be attending.
The Donation page stuff is now firmly in Vorticus and Rock Dash's hands, and should hopefully be up later this week.

If you (any of you) seriously plan to attend, register now. Pay as soon as you can (so I can start pre-paying for stuff) but get registered - registration does not equal "pay now or your children suffer". 
Boulding is a cool name, but I'll fix that.
Pimpette - re-register. Put yourself at 100%. I'll catch it in the next round. Reregistering doesn't double-up you, I just overwrite what you had before.

Although I hope it doesn't happen to anyone, if you suddenly cannot attend, re-register too - there is a "I am no longer planning on attending" option.
Remember the rule on refunds:
Paying for yourself - refundable up until May 1st. After May 1st, if you cannot attend, you can give your $35 fee to someone else so they can attend. This is because by May 1st, I will have paid for the majority of the food and that assumes your attendance and is non-refundable to me.
Paying for someone else - non-refundable from the outset; I'm heading off any "I don't like them now" or "I need the money so they have to find another way" stuff (not that I hope it'd happen, but...). If the person paid for cannot attend, you may give the $35 fee to someone else so they can attend.

Okay. I registered, at least. More definitive plans will probably not be solidified until the new year...maybe as late as March. But as far as I can tell right now there isn't really anything preventing me from attending.
