Sidenote but Cookout related.

Going through my picture archives and found some photos from Cookout '06 and '05. Added them to the Cookout Photobucket account. If anyone else has photos from the Cookouts - any year - feel free to upload them there so we'll have them all in one location.

COOKOUT WEBSITE UPDATED

We now have 20 people registered for the event, 15 of which are 100% confirmed to be attending.

The Donation page stuff is now firmly in Vorticus and Rock Dash's hands, and should hopefully be up later this week.

Hmm I hadn't realized I'd put myself in as 75%. Whoops.
Because I'll so be there if I have to hijack a passing giraffe.
AND THERE ARENT MANY OF THOSE.

Um... It's spelled Moulding, not Boulding. Although Boulding is kind of a cool name.

If you (any of you) seriously plan to attend, register now. Pay as soon as you can (so I can start pre-paying for stuff) but get registered - registration does not equal "pay now or your children suffer". :)

Boulding is a cool name, but I'll fix that.

Pimpette - re-register. Put yourself at 100%. I'll catch it in the next round. Reregistering doesn't double-up you, I just overwrite what you had before.

Legostar - DOH! And I really meant to. I will add it next update.

Although I hope it doesn't happen to anyone, if you suddenly cannot attend, re-register too - there is a "I am no longer planning on attending" option.

Remember the rule on refunds:

Paying for yourself - refundable up until May 1st. After May 1st, if you cannot attend, you can give your $35 fee to someone else so they can attend. This is because by May 1st, I will have paid for the majority of the food and that assumes your attendance and is non-refundable to me.

Paying for someone else - non-refundable from the outset; I'm heading off any "I don't like them now" or "I need the money so they have to find another way" stuff (not that I hope it'd happen, but...). If the person paid for cannot attend, you may give the $35 fee to someone else so they can attend.

Okay. I registered, at least. More definitive plans will probably not be solidified until the new year...maybe as late as March. But as far as I can tell right now there isn't really anything preventing me from attending.

Please prod Jim and make him do his reservation too Kat. ;)

We have 24 registered so far, 17 of which are 100% sure (or just about) that they're coming.

Oh, didn't I tell you? I'm planning on chaining Jim to the water heater and coming to the cookout by myself this year.

I'll remind him when he gets home.

Remember to leave him some pictures of last year, along with a menu from this year. That way he'll know what he's missing.
