was that typo on purpose? it kind of works with the closeness of this group, but some here have trouble with commitment.

Soooo, prereg or not to prereg?

It would just stink if the people that do preregister and pay 25+ for the tickets only hear that the slew of people could not get tickets and therefore the CG group is doing something else then was originally planned.

The longest line is ticket holders that are waiting for the doors to open. It looks bad, but when the doors open, we get everyone in in about 20 minutes. Advance ticket holders have their own line to pick up tickets, but you still have to go into the the ticket holders line to get in. Thanks.

So, I'd say buy beforehand, if you can. If advanced ticket holders get a separate line, it will most likely go a bit faster than the registration line, cause they have to fill out forms and crap.

And don't worry, Spunky. I don't think they'll run out of tickets. They know how many people come to this thing, and they like money so they don't turn anyone away as far as I know. :P

I just bought my tickets, so I'm coming to Canada! If any of you are still waiting on buying your tickets, GET THEM NOW because the prices just seemed to jump a couple hundred dollars overnight. I got mine for $288, but other sites are listing them at $540 or more.

I'm still not sure about all our comings and goings, so here's my itinerary:

Flight: Midwest Airlines Flight 2290
Arrive: Toronto, Canada (YYZ) Fri, Sep 01 10:15 AM

Flight: Midwest Airlines Flight 2291
Depart: Toronto, Canada (YYZ) Mon, Sep 04 10:35 AM

Now to get onto things like passports and registration, and all that other good stuff!

I lack a credit card, so, sadly, I can't pay for my ticket in advance.

Therefore, there will be at least one person wating in the huge-ass lineup. But this time (i.e. not like at Anime North), I will have flyers to pass out to people along the line and such, and will therefore have an opportunity for shameless self-promotion.

Any word on the table(s) yet? I still wanna hawk Golden merchandise and attempt to make buttons or something. (Incidentally, a friend of mine suggests MemeCo for Canadian would-be button-makers, though I don't know what the quality is like.)
