I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to come. Next year looks 'ehh', but if I can't come next year, I will the next for I will be in college and won't need parental permition and accompanyment. (Yeah If I go next year, my mom will probably come too cause she want's to buy fireworks in Missouri.) So I hope there will still be a cook out in two years cause me and RKolter still have to blow something up together.

I might actually be coming this year. I'm in my final year of highschool, and the major exams are in May. After that, I'm not even obliged to show up to school. That means the main obstacle of this year is gone. Also, by then I should hopefully have a job to pay for the trip. If not, I can probably get some cash from my parents because, of course, I'm going on university research *cough*
*strokes chin* I could probably also do a bit of cooking one of the nights. I cook a mean paella, but for 40 people?
I have to say thought I'm with Kolter on this one. While Kolter having his own convention would be bloody awesome, part of the charm of the cookout (I've been through the pictures
) is that it's a bunch of friends having a great time. Wouldn't want to make it too impersonal.
