I don't mean this in a rude way, but do you ever draw regular humans?

Also, I love your pencil work.

Sometimes. I usually just don't feel like it though.

I think we should get a new doodles thread. This one is pretty long.

But here's to Komiyan, saying I should experiment :D Sooooo yeah, no lines. Just lasso and bucket tool. Thoughts?

Wow, that's pretty good, Prettysenshei. A bit rough around the edges, but better then I could ever do digitally.

Some lineart of Zeria G and her reluctant partner, Xandin. I know the whole glowing-eyes-and-hands bit is cliche, and that the proportions of the hand are off and Zeria's head isn't big enough compared to Xandin's, but I'm working on all of that. Feel free to comment though, and if anyone has advice on drawing glowing energy effects (by hand) I would really appreciate it. :D

Well Senshi, if you're going to go no-outlines, you should make your edges a little sharper. Otherwise it kinda looks like full-body cellulite.

Or make it a little straighter and blur the edges just a little bit.

But no blur + lumpy edging just doesn't look very nice

Again we bemoan lack of time/skill... we have so many ideas for stories, and they just never happen. :-? :-?

senshi: it looks a little like you made the whole thing out of paper cutouts. It seems to give the whole thing a certain texture.
Looks interesting.

This keeps making me think of "The Odd Couple" female version we did at school a year ago. Just from this picture.
