I love being pregnant! I can leave any event early and just say I'm tired/not feeling well/whatever.

Sadly, though. most of the time it's true.

I had a lovely, wonderful Christmas. Couldn't have asked for better. And then, last night, putting the post-Christmas-ham dishes in the dishwasher, I closed the door on my finger and tore off an inch long, half-inch wide strip of flesh from my left middle finger. When I was bandaged up and the screams died down, it was still a lovely Christmas, if a little hobbely.

Always leave food on your dishes, and then the dishwasher won't be tempted to bite the hand that feeds it.

We have a 3 day week because of christmas so just about everybody here took off for the week, except me (and one or two others). I'm here pretty much alone, with hardly any work to do. It's a little boring but much better than last week where I was swamped.

I got a really neat-o digital camera that records video and takes pics,... but I can't imagine a single damn thing to do with it.

I got pointed and laughed at today while stopping at the train station in one of the outskirts of Berlin. I'm not sure whether I should be irritated by the four boys' behavior or to be amused by the fact that sitting at a train station, pointing, and laughing is the most entertainment they'll ever get.

I've got three important units to do for university this term and they're all in for mid january. I haven't really started any of them and due to my financial situation im working so much over christmas i dont have time to do the work. Not to mention not having any free time to myself or time to see my girlfriend.
