Yeah, you can still do a jam while the vote's going on, but posts saying "Vote for me!", actual campaign posters, and mudslinging--pretty much everything Nervous Spy's been drawing--has to stop. If it doesn't and gets to be a problem, Jops will deduct votes as he sees fit.

See, this is why we need AnarchySpace. The current administration is limiting your creativity by forcing a deadline and punishing you for expressing yourself!
