Yes, they do. Especially when their breasts are out of proportion with their bodies. I haven't had any problems so far, but a friend of mine that's probably two or three sizes above me has serious problems and is probably going to get a reduction.

I guess I'm lucky.

That said, I doubt spotchan will have problems, being as she's a cartoon/comic character and thereby subject to the rules that govern cartoon characters. Which means that breasts are as big as they can get, and no problems are caused.
